Creepy dark parking lot. The lights are never ever on.\\nAfter 5 or 6 attempts at getting a prescription filled I decided to leave bad feedback. Each time seems like the first day on the job for everyone in the pharmacy department. Super slow, and clueless. I dropped off my latest script for needed anti-inflammatory meds at 2:00 and went back around 7:45. I chose to go inside each time because the cars were very backed up. STILL NOT DONE. Put pills in bottle, put label on bottle. How hard can that be? Come on Walgreens, step up and do better. Start with turning on the parking lot lights.

Rude customer service. Went in to get a few things. A lady sees me and says we are not open for another 10 minutes I said well the door is wide open she said no it’s only open for the workers. I said it’s literally wide open and then the guy in the back says kick her out and I thought that was very rude so I drop all the things right where I was and walked out and I will not be returning to that location. Matter fact I think I’ll just stick to CVS.

At least 20 minute waitwhen you try to call. When someone answers, rude, like you're an inconvenience. Also, the techs are not trained properly most cant give a reasonable answer to uncomplicated questions. Karen the rx mgr is great but it seems she's not there much. Whoever the pharmacist who fills in,she DOESN'T ANSWER THE PHONES!.I've calledcustomer service, but they dont care either. To start my new year right,we are going to another pharmacy. Walgreens...wake up. I managed a competitive store,we never treated customers like this. Shame..

I've been meaning to try a pain relief product with CBD in it to see if it is the cure-all that potheads and old people have been raving about all these years and the website for the product I was interested in mentioned that it was sold at Walgreens. This location is close to work and I was able to find the Sagely products near the other pain relief items without issue. Should I need to grab a DVD for the evening, there is a large Redbox kiosk outside, too. The store was bright and clean and the cashier at checkout was friendly and efficient, really everything that you could ask for in a Walgreens.

I'm very pleased with this Walgreens, other then right now with road construction its a little frustrating to get in and out of. But employees are friendly and go the extra mile to answer your questions and help you so this is worth the traffic inconvenience. In past I haven't always felt this way. But I have seen a big difference this year in really trying to help customers. This has become my go to store. There is one young man who has especially stuck out to me." Conner Morris" My last several visit when he was there he was very helpful when I get stuck on the photo machine and has mange to retrieve pictures when I thought I messed up or they are lost. He seems very knowledgeable and has been a big help on many visits. He really deserves to be recognized for his superior customer relationship. Thank you Conner for your extra help. Renae Wolf

Store itself isn't too bad, but Walgreens has a tendency to over charge on prescriptions. If a med costs less than your copay, you still have to pay at the copay rate, instead of the lower non-insurance price. I once had an employee argue with me for several minutes that I needed insurance, or I wouldn't be able to afford my meds... Turned out, they were a total of about $10 for 2 of my meds, and $26 for the other... This was in stark contrast to the $75 they charged for those same meds before my insurance had expired the month before.
