Worst customer service. My child was out of the ER and rx tylenol and other meds. Now, I stop at the pharmacy right after to asked them if they had grape flavor as my child won’t take anything but grape. I was assure they had it. 3.5 hours later my prescription is not ready and only to be told they only had cherry when I was there in person and was told they had grape. I was told they were not able to flavor it. If I was told this from the beginning I would had already bought OTC meds and not have my child crying this whole entire time in pain. Also, there is a reason why people have state insurance. Sure, Tylenol is inexpensive but to some people especially after the holidays sometimes that money is not available.

Always an issue with getting your meds the drive-thru line is always super backed up or 15 to 20 minutes to wait in line It's horrible transferringmy script to a different pharmacy!

There always seems to be some sort of issue getting put medications filled. This time will be the last. I'm done.I recieved a text that a refill was needed on 12/14 for my child's seizure medication. I replied to have it refilled and was given the 15th as the pick up date. Never recieved a text that it was filled (big shocker). I called the pharmacy 12/19 as we were almost completely out of medication by this point. The meds were out of stock and some sort of "computer glitch" was to blame for it not being ordered when I attempted to have it filled. The tech was going to try and fix it and get it ordered for the 20th and call me back. No one ever called me back (another big shocker).I called back today l, 12/20, to find out if they had been successful and when I could pick it up. It still hadn't been ordered and they don't know why. I asked if we could get the generic version instead since that's what my son used to take anyway and was told the insurance wouldn't cover it. I asked if I could pay out of pocket and was told because he is on medicaid that was not an option. Closest walgreens that may have it is in Waukesha and i could call around to different pharmacies and have it transferred. I might have been able to deal with all this today had I gotten a call back the previous night, but I did not so now I'm spending any down time during my work day trying to track down this medication because of a "Walgreens system issue."It may be more believable if something like this didn't happen EVERY SINGLE TIME. They're out of stock, or the doctor wrote the script wrong, etc. There's always some weak excuse. I had one tech tell me that controlled substances couldn't be sent electronically despite the fact that this is how they had been sent for us for years. Our doctors office had to call them and show they that the script had indeed been sent.Speaking if calling them, you also end up getting sent to the call center which 9 out of 10 times can't help you and has to transfer you to the pharmacy anyway. In my opinion, If your scripts are time sensitive, go literally anywhere else.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION WITH THE PHARMACY STAFF AND TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMERS. If it were up to me Walgreens in general would be shut down you people SUCK AT YOUR JOB!!!!! You have one job when you check with your pharmacist about something, it's just to simply ask if something is in stock and then repeat the CORRECT answer to the customer but the employees must be incompetent. If I ever see Walgreens on someone's application I'm moving right past that application.

Pharmacy is trash. Was told repeatedly for SEVEN HOURS “come back in 20 minutes and it’ll be ready!”. Finally had enough and had 4 Mile pull it…. Done in 10 minutes.

They didn’t tell me that my prescription would not be available until August 31st. Until after 5 days of telling me it it would be I. The next day. They don’t care about their customers

Been using Walgreens for literally decades. I've never encountered problems with refills or in store purchases. The ONLY thing I complain about is the drive through, it can take 15 minutes sometimes but I've noticed that's when there's new employees back there.A couple years ago My mom tried another pharmacy company and frequently had issues refilling her Parkinson meds after a year of frequently not having her meds in stock we had moved her back to Walgreens.

This Walgreens pharmacy has the WORST customer service and ethics I have ever encountered. Not only do they take forever to fill prescriptions, but they will not give you the usual 14 days to pick it up. I have gotten my order cancelled before the 14 day mark and then today when I arrived after I received a text it was ready I was told that they didn’t have it ready… Both times I have ordered the medication WELL before leaving to go out of town and both times they have filled it the day after I have left. I can’t have anyone pick up the medication for me since it’s a controlled substance and I have my IDs when traveling. They also will fill one medication (I’ll wait for the other to be ready but it never is) and when I pick up one med, all of a sudden the other is getting filled an hour later. This is the worst Walgreens I have ever encountered in a decade of getting prescriptions filled.

Walked in to grab a few things, and was approached by a man who said he was the manager. He said to me "aren't you banned from this store"? I said "No, what are you talking about"? He proceeded to call me a liar and he knows I'm the guy he's thinking of. I in fact was not the person he was referring to. There were other customers present, and the sheer embarrassment caused me to have an anxiety attack. Unacceptable, and wrong.

My preferred walgreens pharmacy pick up was out of a doctor prescribed medication, i called and they said walgreens on Washington and ohio st has it and said to call, i called Washington ave and they said they have it and can have it ready in 30 minutes, 90 minutes later i get there to a long drive through and when i said i have an rx there, they mumbled something about insurance and They could only fill fifteen days which they said they had a whole case of it, Then proceeded to tell me it wasn't even ready yet and to come back later, i said im here now an hour after it was suppose to be ready, i said dont bother and called the 30th ave walgreens in kenosha, they transferred it and it was the full script and was ready in less then an hour, i stopped going to Washington ave walgreens 10 years ago for the ineptness and wont be back ever again, if i could give zero stars i would so consider it zero not one star
