Do NOT use this PHARMACY. This is usually the location I go to when I’m in Racine but I will never have a prescription sent here again.
Went to urgent care and stopped here 45 min after I left the urgent care with an errand between so my scrip would be close to filled. Go to the counter, give my info and was told they don’t have anything ready for me. I said they sent it over 45 min ago and he said “ok, we’ll have it ready in 35-45 min.” I don’t live that far so I said I’d come back and pick it up. Husband goes back an hour later (4:59pm) and they say “sorry we’re closed.” Seriously, the guy didn’t mention they close in an hour when I said I’d come back. But my fault for not checking.
However, once I call a 24 hr store to transfer the script they tell me that it’s not in the system so they cannot transfer it. What? How is that possible, the other store told me it would be ready in 35-35 min??? The tech at the 24 hr store says “well, if they filled it it would be available to transfer and it’s not so they didn’t fill it.” Thankful to the after hours Advocate Aurora person who confirmed it was definitely sent there, and then sent it to the new store for me..

Hector M. at the pharmacy drive-thru window tonight at Walgreens on Spring St. was such a nice change!!! His customer service and timeliness was so much appreciated! It was also a great lesson to show our son about giving kudos and praise where it is due when you see someone doing their job well! Especially when our past experiences at most Walgreens have been less than stellar with other employees.

It’s Christmas time and there are sales all over the store in makeup now u have to really look at everything beacuse people put things back in the wrong spot and then u don’t get the deal! From the minute I walked in I felt like I was being watched! Iam a 41 year old mother of two daughter soon to be 16 and 18 year old daughter! I had multiple employees fowoling me around and when I went to check out who I believed is maybe some type of manager was very rude and continued to look at me with some type of way! I spent over 80$ there which if I didn’t need the gifts I would have walked out with out buying anything at all! When I went o leave after paying no one said have a good night or merry Christmas instead they instantly starting taliing to a gebtmak who just walked! I then grabbed my bags and said merry Christmas and have a great night and still no response! I will not be going back to this store ever if I don’t have to!!! I am so outraged and disrespected!

one of the cashiers who works during the daytime is absolutely one of the rudest workers i and my sister have ever experienced. we go in there from time to time and we both use my employee discount since i AM employed at walgreens, just not this specific location. one of the last times we went in there together, i was rung out first and then my sister went after me, and this cashier proceeded to tell both of us that the employee discount is for family only. we both said we are related, and the cashier just huffed and rolled her eyes. i do not plan on going back to this location due to the unprofessionalism that this cashier exhibits. don’t have someone who is rude to paying customers work up front where they’re consistently dealing with people their entire shift.

The pharmacy doctor continuously questions me about the prescriptions I’m on, said it’s not likely that I’m on 2 different medications in the same family. Said he needed to review my chart cause he thought I was mistaken. I’ve been on the same medications for over a year. He Canceled my order and told me obviously this medication isn’t working for you since you're on 2 of the same kind of anti depressants. And then argued with me about my doctor putting me on them. And then decided to give them to me anyways.

I used this pharmacy for the first time, and it will be my last. They are so disorganized and incompetent that it's worrisome. My first attempt at picking my prescription up I was told it would take 20 minutes to fill and they would give me a call when it was ready. I went to wait in my car. After 30 minutes I went back in, and was then informed that they needed to order it so it wouldn't be ready until Monday (this was a Friday). Okay. I go back Monday, and am told they only have half or it ready. Am told it will take 30 minutes for the other half to be filled. I have things to do so say I'll be back when I have the time. I go back after a couple days. When I go to pick it up the pharmacy tech hands me my prescription and it's only one of the items I was meant to receive. When I say this she denies I was meant to recieve anything else and tells me the other half needs to be refilled. I tell her this is my first time recieving this prescription so that makes no sense. She then tries to continue to convince me that this is my full prescription. I explain "no, it isn't. This is to treat psoriasis in my ears. One part is for my ear canal, the other is for my outer ear. I don't even know which one you handed me. " She then walks away and shows me a box asking if "this is it" I said "I don't know, is that what's on my prescription?" That's when I request to speak with the pharmacist so I know I'm receiving my correct medication. The pharmacist then tries telling me I don't need the external oil without even taking the time to see that my medication is to treat psoriasis, so yes, I do. Whole experience was bizzare and scary because they are clearly not taking the time to read and fill people's prescriptions accurately. People's health is not something that should be played with.

We moved to Racine 2 years ago and this Walgreens in close to our home and let me tell you they suck. I get being busy and even short staff but they are always slow, have turned me away saying stuff wasn't in for me to call doctors and find out it was their go back and wait another hour in line to get what was at the location the entire time.
Deff worst Walgreens I know go to one in Kenosha which is amazing ?

They don’t have things in stock, but they don’t share that information with you so that you can contact your doctor or look elsewhere. Worst communication I have ever experienced with a pharmacy. It has happened multiple times I am just done with them. I can’t imagine you would get worse service so go anywhere else.

WORST WALGREENS EVER.Especially the pharmacy!!Stay away!! Choose another Walgreens.This Walgreens has the worst pharmacy staff I've ever seen in my life.From giving you the wrong counts, to not filling scripts, to losing scripts, it's AWFUL.Sage yourself the headache and do NOT come to this Walgreens.

Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in a pharmacy, ever. Continually "out of stock " on a prescription for my son. When I call to check the status and have to get transferred to a "pharmacist " to inquire what the continual hold up is every time, as it isn't an insurance issue.... I was told "you kid isn't the only one on this medication " and hung up on. I'm definitely not recommending this pharmacy. They have gone way down in every capacity but this time was extremely disappointing. Prescriptions will all be transferred. I work in the medical field and if I ever talked to a patient like this, I wouldn't have a job.

They encourage you to use EXPRESS pass so you won’t have to wait in line for medication and when you do get it, they don’t honor it because of lazy workers, their excuses “I can’t switch to that register to honor your express pass” what’s the point on getting the pass if your not going to honor it
