They don’t have things in stock, but they don’t share that information with you so that you can contact your doctor or look elsewhere. Worst communication I have ever experienced with a pharmacy. It has happened multiple times I am just done with them. I can’t imagine you would get worse service so go anywhere else.

WORST WALGREENS EVER.Especially the pharmacy!!Stay away!! Choose another Walgreens.This Walgreens has the worst pharmacy staff I've ever seen in my life.From giving you the wrong counts, to not filling scripts, to losing scripts, it's AWFUL.Sage yourself the headache and do NOT come to this Walgreens.

Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in a pharmacy, ever. Continually "out of stock " on a prescription for my son. When I call to check the status and have to get transferred to a "pharmacist " to inquire what the continual hold up is every time, as it isn't an insurance issue.... I was told "you kid isn't the only one on this medication " and hung up on. I'm definitely not recommending this pharmacy. They have gone way down in every capacity but this time was extremely disappointing. Prescriptions will all be transferred. I work in the medical field and if I ever talked to a patient like this, I wouldn't have a job.

They encourage you to use EXPRESS pass so you won’t have to wait in line for medication and when you do get it, they don’t honor it because of lazy workers, their excuses “I can’t switch to that register to honor your express pass” what’s the point on getting the pass if your not going to honor it

This is the location closest to my home. I use it for photo / card printing and occasional items I need to pick up. The service is fast and convenient and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Consistently extreme long wait time to pick-up prescriptions. This just started to get very bad about two months ago. I can't understand how they feel that an hour wait is acceptable.

Absolute horrible experience every single time. Hour long phone wait to see when I can pick up my prescription, I come into the store and it is STILL not ready. 1 Lady at the desk 8 people in line absolute mayhem. DO NOT use the pharmacy here.

You might want to teach your cashier “Toshawn” some customer service skills.Tonight my wife went in and this young man was extremely unprofessional.He was hanging out in the back of the store having a jolly good ol time with another associate.Then when she was ready to check out he was at the register and didn’t greet her or even look at her. He didn’t say a word to her.He was rude, cold, and unprofessional.When she was done, once again he did not say good bye or have a nice day. He was silent and just stared at her with a dirty look.He should not be in the customer service business. Such a rude young man with a lot to learn.

I decided to book my booster appt at this location. I had never used this pharmacy, but it was close by and that’s why I chose it. I would not pick this pharmacy to get another vaccine shot. I wouldn’t really pick it for anything. I could hear one of the workers telling someone they didn’t have a certain medication in stock. The line was very long. They only had four seats in that pharmacy. For such a busy location, you would think their pharmacy area would be bigger. I had my vaccine card taken and was told they would keep it until I was called in for my vaccine. I thought that was strange. Then, the way the pharmacist administered the shot felt wrong. I don’t even think the needle completely went into my arm. Finally, there was no 15 minutes wait period. I was told I was free to go. Pick another location. Two stars is for the workers who were still nice during the chaos.

Customer service is lacking on phone calls. Showed up to pick up Rx and drive thru is closed. Standing in a long line inside the store and the one person at the register does not seem to be in any sort of hurry.
