Waited 2 weeks for my prescriptions!! I came to the pharmacy physically twice to pick them up after they called to tell me that they were ready. Each time, they told me they needed to wait for confirmation from insurance, but I am finding out after two weeks that they were never submitted them at all. Kudos to the kind pharmacist who fixed this for me, it only took them less than 60 seconds to fix and my insurance didn’t even have to approve.

Dropped off scripts from an ER dentist. Said it would be ready in 2 hrs. Been waiting over 5 hrs to get some antibiotics to relieve my root infection. Called to see if I need to go to another pharmacy, said there isn’t a shortage and they’ll call when it’s ready. Shameful

Drive-thru is terrific. But the outside should be cleaned up. Garbage and cigarette butts have been in the gutters for years.

They always have signs up about closed at Midnight because of staff issues. Then Stop being open 24hrs if they can't do it. Horrible business model.
Waited in line for 20 min and the cashier calls up help. Still had to wait bc a family was allowed to use both cashiers back and forth with coupons that didn't work. Ended up walking out. Worst walgreens in the city. Go to any other one. Now they have been putting a sign on the door that due to staffing issues they are closed. Forget about going there for any needs if it is late...

Super helpful and kind at this Walgreens and the best part is that they're always open.

I would give this pharmacy no stars if it were possible. Do yourself a favor and send your prescriptions literally any where else. It’ll be worth the extra hike. Between them not showing up to work and loosing prescriptions (how does that happen?!) they’re incredibly un reliable.

Pharmacy is a joke. Every time I have to go, it’s over a 30 minute wait and they always have my insurance wiped out which takes them another 20 minutes to put back in

I've been going to this location for 6 years, and getting my medication is crucial , but today had to be the worst experience to date. I think the front end of the store is just fine. Shelves are always stocked and look good as a buyer. When I got to aisle to the pharmacy, there were 4-5 customers in line waiting. As I am waiting, I can see there's 3 Pharmacist and 1 tech with them. 2 techs for the drive thru and 1 nice girl at the only register open, and she was attempting to train another nice girl at the same time. By the time I was up at counter there was 9 -12 people in line and over the speaker there was help requested at photo counter because the line was back that far and they were trying to get help for pharmacy. I was really shocked the pharmacists were joking, laughing together, and not 1 stopped to help out to line down. It would still leave 2 of them to fill rxs. I hope they get properly staffed at the counters or at least everyone jump in to help their team members and, most importantly, customers who some are not able to stand in line. I look forward to increasing my rating as I like this location.

Long lines for prescriptions. A lot of useful things. Good photo place. Not crowded for shopping.

I would appreciate someone helping me to understand the inconsistency of personnel at the "drop off" counter. At one visit, the tech said Walgreens would contact my insurance company for a vacation override of my prescriptions, that it would be up to a couple of days. Three days later I returned to the counter, my prescriptions weren't ready, and now a different tech said that it was up to me to contact the insurance. Then instead of talking to the insurance agent on my phone, she requested he call the Walgreens call center. Doing that, no one answered his call so finally the tech spoke to my insurance rep on my phone. Life could be so much simpler.
