Long lines for prescriptions. A lot of useful things. Good photo place. Not crowded for shopping.

I would appreciate someone helping me to understand the inconsistency of personnel at the "drop off" counter. At one visit, the tech said Walgreens would contact my insurance company for a vacation override of my prescriptions, that it would be up to a couple of days. Three days later I returned to the counter, my prescriptions weren't ready, and now a different tech said that it was up to me to contact the insurance. Then instead of talking to the insurance agent on my phone, she requested he call the Walgreens call center. Doing that, no one answered his call so finally the tech spoke to my insurance rep on my phone. Life could be so much simpler.

Drive thru pharmacy a joke. Wait time beyond ridiculous. I go to the oak creek Walgreens now. It's worth the short ride and never have to wait.

I knew what I wanted (shoe inserts), I found it immediatly. I spotted a couple of other items that I forgot that I needed (sunblock, cotton swabs) at attractive prices, and grabbed those, too. Walgreens remains that handy, corner store with a pharmacy.

Waited 20 plus min on hold to speak with the pharmacy since I had submitted a refill, only to find out it was cancelled! After 20 min, I got hung up on. Called right back & was automatically told that there were only 2 calls ahead of me. After only 1 call ahead of me, it switched to the..."staff are oanswering ither calls..." I've been waiting another 20 min so far. Horrible service.

I thoroughly enjoyed standing in the photo department waiting to be acknowledged while “Pat” was working on the computer. I rang the bell for customer service and she did acknowledge me, but was still too busy to help. Another young girl came to help, and when I asked for two additional photo envelopes (even offered to pay for them), Pat put the put the kabosh on that. Thankfully, she relented and allowed me to have one additional envelope. ?

I would avoid and use a different pharmacy. They ask me for my insurance info every single time I use pharmacy, even though I've had the same policy/plan for almost 20 years. They claim they don't have anything in their computer. Wait time are ridiculous. One lane usually has a shopping cart blocking access meaning only one lane is open. Here is the reason I will never use any Walgreens for anything ever again. My recent prescription was run through without insurance, rang up and ready to send out until I had to ask did you run it through insurance. No she says insurance was denied. Ok so can you try it again? Only if you give me your card she says. I say you have the info it hasn't changed. I need your cars anyway. Nope still denied. Next day I call and give them the phone number to my carrier. Nothing. I call back and same story so I explain everything to the woman on the phone and she says the exact same thing then hangs up the phone.....really. No problem plenty of other pharmacies to choose from.

The pharmacy staff is RUDE and SLOW!!! I avoid all Walgreens and only use them in emergency situations. This particular location is the unfortunate example of how not to operate a pharmacy and how to drive away customers.

I am so tired of the 30 plus minute wait in the drive through. You might think, why not go inside? I have, boy have I. Inside the line extends down the vitamin isle. The drive through advertisement proudly displays extra items like over the counter medications that you can get right there, without coming into the store. Sounds like a dream! They have never done that for me, they are too busy, every time. I wish they would take that sign down.I don't blame them for being busy. Good for them! they just need to hire enough staff in the pharmacy to match the growth.
