Worst bank I’ve ever done business with. They are genuinely as bad as you’ve heard. Do not bank here.They’re supposed to send your debit card with an envelope that contains a pin however I first received a pin with no debit card and then three replacement debit cards in a row with no pin. Do not bank here. It’s been a month and a half since opening an account and I have no debit card. I’m on my way to move my money somewhere else before the end of day.

Wanted to open an account and discuss cd rates. Before I make an hour drive would like to speak with a live person. They never answer and the call says, "goodbye" and disconnects. I guess they do not want more business.

I had an appointment at 3:00 pm. I asked to use the restroom teller told me the restroom is not open to the public. The caucasian lady asked to use the rest room while I was still waiting for my appointment. The teller unlocked the door and let her use the restroom! I said I thought it was open to the public she said it's not I said clearly it is you let her use the restroom... It's 3:30 pm I was still waiting the banker came out and side he is ready behind and Canceled my appointment because he said it would be another hour before he could see me .....

Any time you need to use the lobby for a service that is unavailable in the drive through bring a tent and a week or two's supply of food because the lines here are ridiculous and they typically appear to be painfully understaffed. I hate it here

Tried to open an account — got there at 4:35pm (branch closes at 5pm). Walked in to two managers standing in lobby with coats and briefcases on ready to go. Was told ‘it’s too close to 5pm to set up an account’. Ok cool…so you’re not open til 5pm like you say. Too eager to leave apparently and don’t want to work

Wells Fargo has the worst customer service. If you go in to get something done on your account they are too busy and you have to make an appt. If you try calling to make an appointment they don't answer the phone.

Called customer service to see why my account was overdrawn almost 1k when it was just positive 400, the customer service guy couldn't give me any answers to my questions and just kept talking in a circle, absolutely no help at all. He works there but has no clue about the bank and its features or policies. What a joke.

Was ignored in the drive thru for about 10 minutes?? Girl was making eye-contact with me, so I know I was seen. She was not on the phone or appearing to be helping anyone else. There were no other cars in the drive thru, just me. I was doing a cash deposit so I didn't want to send a couple hundred dollars in the tube without someone at least greeting me. Eventually after the 10 minutes, I did it anyway, and was still not said "hello" to, "how can I help you". But "what account do you want this in" in the SNOTTIEST tone of voice imaginable. I should have pulled off and gone inside I was so angry. IF I ever need to return to this bank, I'll go inside so maybe I'll be treated like a human being.

I have been banking at Wells Fargo for over 25 years. House loans, personal loans, checking, savings, etc. I have always been pleased with their service. Their tellers are friendly and helpful. The Personal Bankers have always been available when I need to wire money or discuss a loan. I would highly recommend Wells Fargo Bank.
