Worst service experience ever. Took 30.5 hours to complete coolant flush, transmission fluid service, and alignment. They do not honor coupons unless you have a Ford vehicle, and charge more for advertised services if it's not a ford. Buyer beware.

The sales guys are awful. Their desk is to the left, right before the service doors. I came up to them while they were on their phones, and when I started talking, they just got up and left without a word. Horrible customer attitude. Do not recommend this dealer.

9 out of 10 service is great. Only thing that has been forgotten during oil changes is they forget to clear out setting on dash .

I highly recommend EVS QuickLane. The staff are very helpful, enthusiastic, and provide excellent service. The process for buying tires was fast and affordable! I was also able to utilize the shuttle service, making the experience convenient and smooth.

I have never had a bad experience at EVS until my recent visit. Communication and timeliness of completion was awful. They had my vehicle for an entire day to do breaks & oil change and did not finish, only to go into the next day and i had no transportation, and EVS did not have a rental available or offer any other solutions. Had to make special arrangements, then to only sit at the dealer for another 2.5hrs in the morning, had to leave, they gave me a rental at that time, only to be 5 min down the road and i had to call them back about something i left in the dealership, only to be told my vehicle was ready and waiting... Turned around and had to head back to the dealer. No one at EVS contacted me through this 1.5 day process - if i didn't follow up, call or reach out, there was silence and definitely a lack of support for my situation. Will need to consider if i return in the future for service if i cannot count on them being on time or communicate to me in a timely manner.

I stopped to get prices on tires and make an appointment to have them put on. I got immediate service with tires in house and installed within 10 minutes of arriving. Finished just over an hour while I waited.
Good product (tires), good service, timely response. Nothing better!

I initially engaged with the dealership and the saleperson (Jeff) on the phone. That went very well. Once we agreed a price I made the drive (5 1/2 hours) to the dealership. Jeff met me at the door and it was first class service after that. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and the rest of the team there.

I get the same service each time. Oil change, tire rotation. Usually $66. Or so. This time it was over. $100. What's up with that? Otherwise excellent service. But not that price point.
