Place sucks very expensive and half the product is expired

I kept asking the staff for helping and I don’t think she spoke English because she didn’t understand what I was saying.i asked if I spent less than the amount I prepaid if it would go back in my card and she looked really confused but this is something you should be able to answer working at a gas station.
