Very good people. Originally came to get my semi truck trailer door fixed but my company was a floof in the whole situation. Still TNT Auto Body was gracious enough to advise me on what really needed to be done and even let me stay on their property till my company finally figured out what to do. Very knowledgeable and professional people.
Shout out to Troy and his dad for the hospitality.

I was referred to them In July after my accident by the person who hit me, I went there with my insurance estimate, approval, they took pictures and said they would do an estimate and let me know when they could schedule me. I called once a week and was told in a couple of weeks, It is now the end of September, I have no estimate and have not been scheduled. I took my car to Kaliber in Port Washington and they are already fixing it. Should have gone there in July.

The lady at the front desk promised to send me an estimate everyday for over 7 days. I called each day and she claimed they were working on it. I never received anything. She made me feel uncomfortable on the phone for asking for my estimate. They completed wasted my time. I am very upset! They let me down and lied.

They did an excellent job repairing my wife's 2014 Honda Pilot after a deer made a bad decision about crossing 144 at night.It took a month to get the car back. That may seem like a long time, but other body shops are months away from starting new jobs.Also Leah, the young lady most likely to answer the phone when you call, is super nice, helpful and understanding.I'd give them more ⭐s but Google limits it to five.
