They do not return phone calls or follow up, installers do shorty work and are not personable. I do not recommend their services to anyone

I’m honored to recommend Dave Bangert, the Owner of Computer Connections of Wisconsin (CCWIS). I can attest to Dave’s integrity. He is self-motivated, always cheerful, punctual and dependable. Dave is an innovative and creative problem-solver. He is personable, easy to work with and always behaves professionally. Finally, Dave has a broad range of skills. He pays careful attention to detail and follows tasks through to completion. Dave is a very hard worker. My only recommendation to Dave is that he generally works “too hard”.

I bought a brand new computer from this retailer about 4 months ago. 3 weeks ago the computer would not turn on. I brought it in to have it looked at and the man working that night told me it was "fried". He then proceeded to tell me he could get me a brand new one of the same model free of charge, but did not have one in stock. He also said if i wanted to get a different computer he would give me what i payed in trade toward a better one. A woman that works there called me the next day to talk about prices and what I would have to pay after being given "trade in value" for my now useless laptop. We discussed a few options and I told her what i specifically wanted. She then told me she would have to call me back the next day to give me a final quote. I received a call the next afternoon, the woman told me they had talked about my computer that morning in a meeting. She explained to me that they could no longer give me a new computer or give me what i payed for it on trade but they could send the computer in to the manufacturer to have it fixed, which would take about a month. Appalled at what i was being told i asked the woman why they where going back on what they had already promised me. She insultingly told me that if i were to buy a car and three months later didn't like the stereo i couldn't just simply trade it in for a new car. I believe her thinking was that I wanted a better computer solely because i wasn't pleased with what I had and not because the unit was defective. I explained to her that was not the reason that i had brought it in. I went in with the intention of getting my computer fixed but was then told i could upgrade and would only have to pay the difference that was what i was excited to do. This is obviously an establishment that does not keep to their word or care about providing any kind of customer service let alone good customer service. This is what is wrong with retail today. They would like for you to shop local and then this is the kind of service you get.
