I'm so upset about so many things I don't even know where to begin. I couldn't get a hold of the person who does manicures and pedicures by phone call or text message, something they suggested. I ended up speaking to two different ladies back & forth try to figure out days and times before my vaca. I wanted to get my Mother, My daughter who is 5, and I the special treatment, acrylic gel designed nails hands and feet! Before heading out to our Island Vacation this is all stuff I Express to them and asked multi questions about because I don't do this often. Took 3 days to plan 2 weeks in advance making a 10 am appointment that was supposed to take an hr to an hr and a half tops I was told. Talk about confusing I delt with 4 different people in the end I think lol... She was over 30mins late repeating that I had gotten the time wrong but that I could wait if I wanted too. She rushed through the door after 1030 am so I reminded them that my daughter had a hair appointment and swimming lessons yet that day. The just didn't respond but we we're there until 1:30 PM. 3 & A HALF HRS LATER... Missing both hair app. and swimming lessons for my daughter... They started with my daughter refusing to do acrylics on any child under 15 explaining why I completely understood. The other lady stated I never told them I wanted nail art or acrylic at all. One denied acrylics because of time issues. I explained to her my conversation with one of the two ladies she simply blamed it on the other girl for not relaying the message also letting me know I was lucky we even had two ladies today, She planned on doing all three of our pedicures by herself jumping back and forth between us two at a time, we were lucky because the other lady just got out of the hospital with her daughter. I felt horrible.. This was supposed to be a very special moment bonding with my mother and daughter. Definitely can't relax and enjoy yourself if you're arguing every detail of how you special moments were supposed to. Whenever I asked for anything special they seemed upset and annoyed. Telling me how it wouldn't work out because of such and such reasons also adding in comments about money that felt like insults as if they thought I'd couldn't afford their services now I'm furious, my mother didn't want any of these special treatments. She is feeling guilty because of the prices they are telling her and everything else going on. This was supposed to be a treat for her she was not supposed to be worrying about money or any other issues for that matter. They let my daughter choose her own pink knowing I wanted for it to be the small detail on her nail to design the theme with our island vacation ( a little whale, starfish, or anchor.) I originally wanted the whale but didn't know if they could fit a detail like that on such a small nail. She never let me know if she could but when the time came they told her she couldn't have the pink glitter he chose because it would make it hard to tell what the detail was. It was however a pleasant surprise at the end when I saw she did do the whale :) We had to sit and listen to them bad mouth not only other employees but customers as well about the habits and feet ... When I told them where I worked the one when on and on bad mouthing my work place, really ??? They had the nerve to lecture us throughout our appointment about needing to tell them a head of time if we want anything acrylic or any nail art net time Needless to say I paid almost 2 hundred dollar for them to tell me they can't do almost everything I wanted and then on top of it decide to get lazy with my feet.. I was last one. I have polish on my toes other than my nails which have missing gaps of Polish. They actually painted a nail the wrong color on both of my feet after being told twice, and then instead of fully cleaning them you can still see the wrong color behind what it was supposed to be.
