Have purchased 2 PCs through Ironside now, first one lasted me 5+ years before I decided to upgrade. Second one is running wonderfully a year and a half later, and the custom Retrowave case is gorgeous. Had to contact their customer service for a performance issue I was experiencing, assuming my graphics card might be having problems. Not only did they diagnose the issue immediately over the phone (BIOS update required), Mackenzie talked me through everything and waited until the update was done to ensure I was good to go. Have to say it’s wonderful spending money with a business that stands behind their products AND is willing to help you out after the sale is done. I’ll 100% be buying my next computer through Ironside.
Wanted to edit my review: after attempting to resolve my issue, turns out I had a hardware problem. Mackenzie got my scheduled for repair and they got it back to me a week and a half later, standing behind their 3 year parts warranty! Still extremely pleased with the customer service.

I bought the lord Aethelstan pc for my best friends birthday after they told me it was their dream case a while back, I'm really happy with the service, everyone I talked to was incredibly nice and helpful. Everything came out beautiful and easy to set up. I’m excited to hear the music they make and catch their streams now made easier with a great product.

Custom AMD 9070 XT Build
Overall experience was great, and so far the computer has had 0 issues. Mckenzie was awesome and helped me with a few technical questions and with swapping some parts out. It took about 2 weeks to build, which they did state from the beginning. Ironside was always very quick to respond to emails and even answer the phone, and nowadays being able to actually speak to someone in the U.S. is rare. They offered local pickup, which is amazing, as a few other local companies I contacted had some terrible excuse as to why they couldn’t allow you to walk in and pick up your computer. Can’t beat the warranty and customer service. Ironside has a customer for life, and I’d definitely recommend them for your next computer build.

Customer service was quick, friendly, and helpful. PC had good specs for a fair price especially considering its custom built with lots of options to customize. Would recommend to friends.

I absolutely adore my build from Ironside! It is the most beautiful case I have ever seen. I loved being able to choose all the parts to really customize it and it came in so quick. I loved all the updates every step of the way during the process, letting me know when each step was done. It came installed with the most beautiful wallpaper that really tied it all together. I had zero issues setting it up and it runs incredibly. I’ll never buy a pc with anyone else.

What a beautiful design! When I first saw it, I knew I had to get it. It looks just as good in person. The PC is clean, professionally assembled and was so easy to plug and play. If you want to skip the hassle and risks of building your own PC, just go with Ironside.

So far so good! Took delivery of my monster! Got a great deal considering the prices of RTX 5090’s you see out there. This thing is a beast and is running flawlessly. From gaming to AI I’ve not had a single issue and this baby purrs!

Loved the PC case I got, it was the white lord aethelstan case and i swapped over the parts from my old pc and it was so easy and the pc looks so beautiful with the lights inside, had 1 bent panel and customer support was quick to respond and send a new panel, Great customer service and great product!

PC had only very minor if any issues, and their support is the best I've ever dealt with. Prices were comparable to others I've seen, the computer itself is the best build I've ever had, and it's definitely not the first prebuilt I've purchased. Warranty is also longer than their competitors by a year which is worth it by itself. I've tried multiple companies and I'd buy from Ironside again in a heartbeat.
Just wanted to add in and emphasis their support again. Buying a new computer is always an anxious process for me, and I've never dealt with friendlier support. No matter how stupid or simple the question, they are always friendly and humorous about it. Their support is great.

Great Company, has affordable starter desktops pre-built. Highly recommend. Computers are easily compatible with external devices like the drawing tablet I use. Fast delivery, smooth assembly, and easy set. 10/10
