We saw KaSandra Clark (Cassie ) on March 3rd 2024 to file our taxes. We had been seeing Mary Rich and were a little nervous when we found out she was no longer there as we had been seeing her for years. But Cassie was wonderful and explained everything so we could understand and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely recommend her to anyone and will definitely be coming back to her next year. Thank you Cassie!

Mary is wonderful. We were there on a day they were short staffed. Appointments ran behind, but she still had a smile on her face. She got through it all with no short cuts and no rushing us through just to get done with her day. She 100% focused on us and our tax particulars.

This was my 3rd year filing my taxes at Jackson Hewitt in Reedsburg with Mary Rich. I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone who is thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. She's easy to work with and very personable. I will continue to have Mary do my taxes as long as I can!
