I took my 20-year old lawn tractor for it's annual service. Due to the age of the tractor, I asked that I be contacted if the bill would go over $450. Several weeks later I was called and told that the tractor was ready and the bill was $1300. I asked how can that be, the limit I gave was $450. I arrived at the dealership to be filled in about the error and found that the bill was actually $1400. They also stated it needed another $1000 in repairs and that the engine would only last a year or two more. The service manager went to the manager to discuss the error and he stated that was the cost of the repair. They didn't follow my estimate request and obviously are not interested in my future business. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a used car at Koenecke Ford recently. We worked with Jack Teasdale and Patty Koenecke. Both were pleasant and helpful. Jack Teasdale was efficient , knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions. I will do business here again!

Bought a 2013 Ford Escape on June 2nd, 2020, papers showed everything was good. We took our car for first oil change, where they told us the inner tie rods were really loose and should be changed within a month, being we didn't own it 3 months yet my husband is rather peeved, on top of that they said that the turbo is seeping oil. I get a used car will have problems but the mechanics from other locations have told us it shouldn't have been sold if it didn't pass inspection. Then on September 18th the coolant was below minimal, we filled and following day it was where it should be, then today as I'm. Driving the coolant went somewhere and was below minimal. Took it for koenoke to inspect. Our extended warranty covers nothing they want us to pay 600 for new inner tie rods, and 266 for a hose. 3 things wrong in 3 months. I get used cars can have problems but 3 things in 3 months come on. I will take it to my own mechanic who respects me. The one service guy was nasty because I was upset about my car. I will be looking into the lemon law, i will report it to BBB. We are mad. At this point if they offered a new 2020 ford escape and take back this one I'd say shove it. They are shady, crooked dealership, the salesman we had was awesome but I'm very disappointed that they refuse to do what is right.

TERRIBLE! First of all, wouldn't go down on price one bit because we were trading in our vehicle, then when we finally agreed to go up to their price, they said no, and increased it $1,000! What shady characters! Then they went on CarGurus and increased their price $3,000! Either you want to sell it or not. Furthermore they said it was in "mint, like new" condition and when we went to look at it, it had a huge scrape in the back fender, 2 other dings in it and a broken side mirror. Don't even waste your time going here because all it will be is a waste of time.
