Never leave a message, they won't call you back. I've wasted 3 trips (different meds) because I've left a message for a refill, trusted they got my message, but show up and they either don't have the meds or never got my message. I'm gonna go back to Walgreens

my husband was admitted to reedsburg area medical center after being seen in the walk in clinic and diagnosed with afib the nurse practitioner who was handling he's case disregarded many things and discharged him a week later with the wrong meds and the ones that were right for he's condition were proscribed at ridiculously high amounts which weren't helping he's condition infact worsening he's condition (according to hospital we transferred to after going ama) he was gone for less then 24hrs and readmitted the next fly by night nurse practitioner Kaylyn did an even worse job then the first!!! after a week in her care my husbands condition had worsened to the point of retaining over 7liters of water ( documented by hospital we transferred to after going ama) and kidneys starting to shut down due to the meds proscribed and Kaylyn disregarding lab results/ and urination levels etc.. and what's even better this nurse practitioner lied about conversations we had and even changed the reports she documented in he's charts (screenshots that are time snapped show the changes) after a week of this negligence and demanding to be transferred ( which was denied) my husband checked out aMA( against medical advice) and we transferred to where he received the right medical treatment / meds.. etc I do not recommend this hospital to even take ur dead dog to!!!

Absolutely the worst ER I have ever been to. The provider lied multiple times and still have yet get 15 min test results back and it's been 3 days. My baby girl is still sick and they refuse to do anything. They took over an hour and a half just to check her in because they couldn't find her in the system. Worst experience ever!!

My disabled husband went to the walk in clinic to be treated with antibiotics for a suspected Lyme Disease Flare. His joints are very swollen and he is in a lot of pain. He had Lyme Disease 3 years ago and knows the symptoms intimately. The Dr. he saw only agreed to run a blood test for Lyme after he was forced to demand one even though he has almost every single symptom of Lyme and absolutely failed to even consider what the problem could be if not Lyme. He was given a test for Covid and basically shoved out the door with no treatment or proper testing of other causes done. I lost a days wages to get him in to see a Dr. for absolutely nothing to be done to help him. Pure negligence.

RAMC lab staff were amazing with my three children who all needed lab draws today. They made the experience much less scary and gave the kids good ideas to take their mind off the needle. The kids didn’t shed a tear( ages 6,8,12). Thank you so much for all your dedicated and compassionate care.

Grateful. Blessed. Thankful. For ER staff at RAMC. Had to be seen early this morning. The nurses and doctors are caring, compassionate, listen with open hearts and open ears. We have never been made to feel that our reasons for coming to the Emergency Dept. weren’t important or weren’t worth their time.

Always very friendly even when they are busy, (unlike another local chain pharmacy) And even remembers my name most of the time

I was very disappointed in my service. They began helping me and then said my insurance didn't cover the medication and then proceeded to help other people. They finally after 15 minutes came back to me to give me with alternatives. Then it took another 15 minutes for the pharmacist to come and talk to me about the medication. Finally the card swiped wasn't working. I was there for over 40 minutes to get antacids for my son!
