The whole ssm health cpap system is ridiculous. I have call three different numbers and have not received a call back from any of them. I did get through on one number and the customer service rep told me I had to go to a ssm health at home store to get refitted for headgear. I have gotten the same headgear for 20 years and never had to get fitted. The headgear i get is adjustable with straps and doesn't need to be fitted.

Been waiting over a month and they send the wrong mask. Then don’t replace to be corrected!

Customer service is poor: they send the wrong part numbers and will not allow returns.

ZERO STARS. I will no longer be doing business with this company and will actively recommend to all I know to avoid ssm like the plague. 7+ years I’ve ordered my cpap supplies and they never asked for any kind of copay nor had I received any billing, then suddenly 2 collections(from one and two years ago apparently) go on my credit report now from ssm health at home saying I owe? They claim they sent letters out but I’ve yet to receive any, then when I call to order supplies you’d think they would say that I have a balance and let me pay what they are now calling my copay then and there but no. According to the billing department, she’s worked there for fourteen years and that’s not how it’s done?. Now I can’t order needed medical supplies because I have to pay them for something that they never asked me to pay after Medicare and Medicaid paid it? Is this balance billing? Isn’t that illegal? Either way, don’t trust a company that can’t get their own billing in order and try to talk down to their customers. ZERO STARS

I took a family member to St. Mary's in St. Louis this weekend for chest pains. The place was filthy. Geriatric patients slumped over in wheelchairs and homeless people were all over the waiting room. Some old guard guy was yelling at them and handling the elderly roughly. They had no mds -there was one nurse practitioner and some rns. It took 12 hours and then they had to be told they hadn't told us the results of the cat scan so another wait for some flunky to come in with that info. We even tried leaving to go to urgent care when it finally opened but the np scared him so much he decided to stay (bad decision). A veterinary office would have been more useful.

I love Dr Scharff office! I had high blood pressure today and they told me to go to the labor section to get it monitored. That's something my old obgyn would not have done. I highly recommend Dr. Scharff office. They actually care about us.

So hard to schedule an appointment! You have to call and leave a message for someone to call you back. They might call back in a few days, they might not. Plus the hold time is crazy long - currently I have been holding 29 minutes just to make an appointment. And, they won't even make my appointment, they'll just take a message for someone to call you about an appointment. so frustrating.

This company is threatening to garnish a nurse’s paycheck for a bonus they said they wanted to opt out of due to leaving. They told them that they couldn’t opt out, the bonus was mandatory, and that if they left before a year was up that they would garnish all their wages, PTO, and go after them with a collection agency. They said the last day to opt out was to resign by 1/2/22 but yet didn’t even notify the workers of the bonus until the second week of January 22. This sounds a lot like indentured servitude which is illegal. Enjoy the lawsuit SSM. We are watching.

apparently they're closing a facility bc they didn't give the vaccine instead they treated with other means. They are pushing an agenda rather than patient safety . #LakeTV

I've had a wonderful experience with SSM Health at Home. The nurses have been extremely kind, personable, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They've also really put in a lot of effort to work with me on my different sleep schedule due to chronic fatigue, pain, and more. The one time I had an issue, the manager called personally and it was promptly taken care of. They also make sure to adhere to Covid protocol every visit. I have weekly nursing visits, and I'd most definitely recommend SSM Health at Home here in Reedsburg.

EXCELLENT ER VISIT YESTERDAY! I would recommend this ER over any of the other ER's I've visited in my 30 years here in OKC. I took my 83 yr old mother into the ER yesterday. Nurse Cassie was in the exam room within a minute of us getting there. She took note of our symptoms and Dr Woods was in the room minutes later. Twenty minutes later they had all vitals, samples, EKG and Xray completed. Test results within the hour, diagnosis made and treatment plan implemented. They even had a phone consult with mom's PCP and Neuro Dr while we were there making it a very comprehensive coordinated medical team effort. About an hour and a half and we were out of there! Mom is doing great today! Hats off to the ER team! Especially Cass & Dr Woods. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

SSM Health must prove to the patient community that they trust the medical guidance of their own experts by respecting their personal decisions on vaccinating. If they don't trust the expertise of their own staff, why should the patients?
