Johnny Garcia is a Rockstar ! As a Business Owner Communication with my customers is very important. I was paying several different companies for technology that 1 company could do better at half the cost ! He took the time to find out what technology I was using to run my business and quickly figured out how I could be more efficient and provide better service to my customers. Took quite some time to get my router working again. Didn't want to connect to the internet after replacing the sim card (which i received from the Richland center us cellular & the woman who gave the sim to me didn't do what she was supposed to do before it reached my hands, so its no fault of the reedsburg crew at all it wasn't connecting or anything) I was so irritated trying to get it to work at home & the tech i spoke with on the phone was also no help so considering how i felt on trip two to town & 3 phone calls later i have to say it was a relief to hand it over to the employees in reedsburg lol it took a long time of going thru the process and having to call techs etc but they were polite, helpful and in good spirits.

Terrible service and employees have standard responses instead of actually doing their job. They also sit and talk to each other while people need to be helped. Cell plus is a joke.

Johnny Garcia gave us excellent customer care and was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained the new features in the phones to us senior citizens. He went above and beyond to help connect my new phone with my new car (the dealer was impatient). He didn't have to spend that time but he did. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend him.

After a bad experience here several years ago, anytime we needed new phones we went to the US Cellular store in the Dells. I decided to give the Reedsburg location another shot tonight, but unfortunately it doesn't seem much has changed. We walked in at 5, understanding that it was an hour before closing but hoping that if the employees wouldn't have time to help us they would let us know so we could plan to return at another time. Both employees were engaged with customers when we walked in. We took a seat and waited. We were never acknowledged by the employees during the 45 minutes we were there, until we stood up and moved to the back of the store. At that time one of the employees glanced in my direction then told the customer they were working with, "We close at 6". The other employee appeared to be having a personal conversation with the customer they had just finished helping.I came in knowing that we might not have time to complete the transaction we came in for, but I would have appreciated if either employee had asked us what they needed so they could have given us a heads up if the customers they were working with wouldn't have allowed for time to get us the information we were looking for today. We will just go to the Dells location in the future. At least they say hello when you walk in.

Beth is amazing. I have an older phone that didn't want to charge very well. I stopped by another US Cellular store in Wisconsin hoping to buy a better charging cord. The agent at that store told me that I had a broken port and my phone was too old to repair. They suggested I buy a new phone for $1000+.

Andrea Jones convinced us to set up auto pay and it has been a nightmare! When I called to voice my frustration she was completely dismissive of our situation and offered initially to contact customer service only, though then told me she didn’t have time. Thanks for reinforcing that you can trust NO ONE, not even small town businesses, which we try to support all the time. Not this place.
