VERY disappointed in the Reedsburg Walgreens tonight! Accidentally bought boys pull-ups instead of girls so I had gone back to do a simple exchange, and after standing there for a while, getting the run around, leaving to run another errand and come back, I was told I wasn’t allowed to exchange the boy pull ups for the girl pull ups which were the EXACT SAME PRICE because the system said the exchange wasn’t allowed or something, so this YOUNG woman, who I doubt has kids, says to me, “I’m pretty sure the pull ups are made and cut the same you’ll be fine” and told me I was stuck with them! Does she not know the difference between boys and girls parts and how they go potty!! Yes the pull ups are made different! I will never shop there again! Could have been a simple exchange…..

I honestly don't know how they can have 4 employees only 1 actively doing anything nobody in drive thru and I still have to wait 15 minutes in drive thru just to get talked to

Pharmacy supervisor blames the customer when an error in filling occurs. Then pats herself on the back before hanging up. NEVER considered fixing the issue for that day or going forward! Actually encouraged me to go elsewhere for prescription fills!! Astounding… never had trouble with Walgreens elsewhere!

Pharmacy staff person is rude on the phone on Thursday AM, say they will order medication, and I check today Tuesday (granted after holiday weekend) and still nothing. I was on phone waiting to talk to pharmacist for over 30 minutes.

I'm done with this pharmacy and told them so today. I have been giving them 2nd chances to improve for a good 3+ years and they are incapable of any kind of improvement. I have had to make numerous trips to pick up the same medication because they can never get it right. And don't even get me started on how long it takes them to answer the phone. Don't waste your time with the Reedsburg, WI Walgreens, they surely will disappoint.

The Walgreens app had informed me that I had needed to call the location and speak with someone to complete my prescription pickup. Throughout the entire experience, however, Amy was decidedly mean, unhelpful, and demeaning at every point of communication. Amy is unequivocally the most unprofessional, rude, and condescending excuse for a point of contact I’ve ever experienced. I definitely recommend never returning to such a place that treats their customers with such disrespect. I’d give negative stars if I could. Truly disgusting customer service.

I was in dire need of boba tea. I was 3 minutes away from dying due to the withdrawal effects. I walk into the store and search everywhere for boba tea! Come to find out there was no boba....... Trash pharmacy btw

No one answers the phone at the pharmacy. Expect to wait 30 minutes for someone to pick up every time you call.

Do yourself a favor and go to another pharmacy it takes 3 days to get my COPD meds because they don't send refill request to doctor...rude and lazy incompetent people playing with people's meds

It's terrible the last few months. I had a prescription sent over on the 5th, was too early to fill. Dr shows they confirmed it, but they apparently lost it. In a few days. Like how. Then they yell at me for calling to check again tell me to call dr. The lady I spoke with was just nasty. Then hung up on me when I tod her she didn't need to raise her voice at me. Who the hell do you have working Here.

horrible customer service. pharmacy gave me the wrong meds 3 times in a row. i was on hold for 26 minutes so i hung up n called back. i have now been on this call for 32 minutes still waiting to talk to someone. just to get the right prescription!!

Of the 5 times I tried to get automated rxs or called in from Dr. .......3 times not ready when automated said they were. 1 time lost prescription. Said I didnt call it in 1 time dr called inAutomated said preparing, then when I called they said I didnt have anything in system.Going to different pharmacy
