I have been with WIConnect Wireless for about 8 years and recently had to call them about my internet speed since I am taking classes online. They fixed the problem immediately and the repairman was knowledgeable and polite. My internet is now fast and reliable and the price is right.

WiConnect has provided excellent service to us. We very much appreciated the repair of our fiber optic line that my husband accidently cut. The speed of our internet is faster and costs less than a competitor that we used before we moved to the area. It is a great value and we would highly recommend WiConnect for anyone looking for internet services.

These folks worked hard and had to get creative to get a signal to me. Service has been great, down time is very rare, and the speed allows me to do everything I want. I get an immediate response to any outage and have never been without service for more than an hour or two. This is s tremendous service.

Best internet we have had since moving out into the country! Prices are reasonable, we have very few interruptions to our service (mostly storm related and repaired convenienly fast!).

Garbage service that barely works. Worst customer service of any company I've dealt with. Will not respond to their own \"report a problem\" section of there site. It's been 2 weeks since I've tried getting my internet fixed for the 100th time that I've had problems with it and still have heard nothing from them. 10 out-of 10 DO NOT recommend if you have any other option.

Trash. I'm not paying this amount of money for you lazy people to not give people internet the right way. Give people access to there own ip address. Pathetic that every other company let's you have your own controll over the wifi passwords. And for me to fix this situation I have to spend another 5 dollars a month? Like that's nothing at all but at the same time just incorporate the extra 5 dollars. Your lazy cheap scummy company. Why does it take a week and a half for you to fix this. I called again today nothing called again hot an answer only to tell me idk what's going on? So unprofessional

Called Friday and spoke with a guy who told me that my internet should be working which it wasn't. Was told he would look into it. 2 days later still no internet. Not to mention it's next to impossible to get ahold of anyone. I'm beyond irrate

Last week my Wifi went out. I called, and they sent out Ryan Granger. I asked him if my router could be moved and he said, “No problem”. He was finished in no time, and found that the problem was actually outside. Not only was he courteous, professional, and fast, but he also checked back a few hours later to see if everything was working okay.Living where we do, Wi Connect has been our only option so I’ve had it for years. I’ve considered them to have some of the absolute worst customer service. Ryan has changed my mind, and I’m sure that as all of you meet him your mind will be changed too. If Dave can hire more people like him, I’m sure the ratings will begin to go up.
