He takes pride in his work, and I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else. If you are not so lucky to have to call a repair shop, your luck will change when you call Tower Auto.

“For the second time in 2 years my battery went dead due to a faulty alternator (which I did not know about). On both occasions O'Reilly (Watertown WI) replaced the battery for free, no questions asked, since it was still under warrantee (though technically, the fault was my car). The second time this happened, O'Reilly volunteered to test my alternator for free, thus alerting me to the problem. First rate service indeed!”

“Thursday morning,1/23/25 my driver side window malfunctioned and would not close due to a faulty switch. I reached out to Visions Auto Body and Paint and finally met Mr. John Markl, business owner. I actually found out about Mr. Markl through our community Facebook page. When I found out he was getting together donations to take to needy hurricane victims in North Carolina and Florida areas. I myself made some donations to him for his cause. That’s how I learned that he had this business. A very reputable business at that. Mr. Markl is second generation auto bodywork professional, and his son is third generation in this business. My dealing with Mr. Markl to get this switch replaced so my window would work properly again was met with 100% satisfaction.?? It was a sincere pleasure dealing with Mr. Markl to get this fixed. I would absolutely point anyone in the direction of this business for the line of work they do there. Very professional.”

Whenever my car has an issue I go to him, because he takes the time to explain what the issue is and how he will fix it. I have never had an issue with his prices and he has never tried to short change me. If you want a trustworthy repair shop then this place is for you.”

“A couple of years ago I was driving on bb and i got a flat tire within walking distance of this place. I knocked on the house door and they came out and I explained what had happened to my car and he happily drove me back to my car, and replaces the flat with the spare. I offered some money but he refused. I think of this day often and I'm just happy I got to my destination in time thank you for helping me!!”
