The Rhinelander, Wisconsin store is horrid. I drove 2 hours to pick up a new Sim card this morning because my phone wasnt connecting to the network, even after resetting the network, etc the night before. I was told I needed a new Sim card by the on-line service department.
I drove to the Rhinelander store and told the only employee there what I needed. He took my phone, typed away, and handed it back to me. He told me he attached an e-sim card.
I asked about my husband's phone and he only replied that he was all good, even though he never touched his phone.
Thinking everything was done, we left. Something bothered me about the visit so I called At&t's service department again. I explained what had happened from the time my phone didn't work til the time I was speaking with her. She said the guy at the store DID NOT add the e-sim card. He only reset the network. So, he lied. She strongly suggested that I go all the way back to the store and have them replace the Sim cards on both phones and also set up the e-sim card.
This time there was 2 different guys and when I walked in and started telling him we needed new sim cards, they both started arguing and talking over me, more so the manager. He kept insisting we didnt need new ones because our phones were working. He also stated there were outages even though the outages were never verified by the on-line help or the computer when searching. The manager cut me off twice before I started raising my voice, trying to get him to shut up and listen.
The manager said he wanted respect to which I replied I needed him to stop arguing and listen.
I told him there were notes on our account as to what needed to be done, by technical support.
They finally decided to give us new sim cards but they never added the e-sim cards that the employee on the phone told us to get.
Lazy incompetent employees. This store's incompetence has cost me an additional 2 hours of driving over the 4 hours it would have taken to get to the store and back.
Bottom line, useless lazy ignorant sub-standard manager and employees. Seems they only want to sit on their phones, order pizza, and collect a paycheck without working for it.

On the drive from Milwaukee to Rhinelander with a new phone that was having problems! We stopped at the Rhinelander store to get help.
The 2 employees that helped us couldn't have been nicer! They went out of their way to help us. Took time to explain things and even helped with our account! Never had a person that knowledgeable before! A great experience all around!

Our local ATT doesn't accept equipment returns, and expect Rhinelander residents to drive to Wausau (one hour away). The website offers a return kit, but no way to sign up for one/receive one. The Chat agent sends me to the same dead link. How do I return my Internet Air equipment without driving all the way to Wausau?

I went into ATT store in Rhinelander Wi for some concerns about my phone bill. Jimmy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I left with a much lower monthly bill. 👏

Hands down THE BEST experience at the Rhinelander, WI store the other day. Justin was not only personable but funny, informative, patient, and an all around good employee. I wish every place had employees with his customer service skills! Justin will definitely be our go-to guy for anything we need.

Justin and the Rhinelander AT&T store turned a horrible week and encounters with Metro into a very positive situation. So glad I was able to switch to AT&T and Justin made switching easy and he was so helpful and understanding of what I needed with my new phone and plan.

No one greeted us again upon entering this store. We were new customers for 4 months. We left this store and went to Verizon where we were greeted upon entering, waited 20 minutes and then switched our service to Verizon.

When sighing up I sighed my contract before seeing it.was told my monthly bill would be $47 a month,first bill was over $100,canceled service & I'm got billed for a month I never had service.i also got changed for my phone when it was paid off,service bucks u ask a question u get 3 different answers,will never get there service again!!!!!!!!!!!
