Worst customer service I've dealt with in a long time. No greeting as I walked in. Felt very unwelcomed. When I explained what I needed help with, immediately told me they probably wouldn't be able to do it because of an issue with their iPad. Then not willing to help at all because they couldn't, which i understand, but they wouldn't compromise or offer any other options, or try to help resolve the issue. Just felt shot down, or like they didn't want to bother with it. Just sent me on my way, unresolved.Contacted at&t via online chat and they were willing to work with me and help resolve my concerns and issues. I now have to go back to a store and get it worked out the way it shouldve been handled in the first place. Will be going elsewhere to get this accomplished.

I worked with Ben the current store manager and he was amazing! I went in with a few problems and he resolved all of them! He was also very easy to talk to! I would definitely recommend him and this store to anyone needing assistance!

Once again our visit to the Rhinelander Wisconsin AT&T store was outstanding. We were greeted immediately by the staff and our reason for the visit was taken care of promptly. The employee was very friendly and knowledgeable with all of our questions and concerns. This is our 3 satisfying visit to this AT&T location.

Ben is the current manager at the AT&T Rhinelander store. My wife and I recently both bought I-Phone 14 Pro phones from Ben. He is very smart, very knowledgeable, very professional and friendly with all customers. He understands and listens well also. I am impressed with how cool and calm he remains when there is a multitude of customers awaiting his attention. Please provide Ben with all the assistance possible, should he ask for more help. Also, whatever AT&T is paying Ben, it isn't enough. He is wonderful and it would be a sad loss for your company if he were to ever leave. First of all—KUDOS BEN!! You helped me quickly and efficiently, while going through something personal and having several other customers waiting. My only complaint is for the company, not Ben. Get more employees!! That’s a lot of stress on one person. Please pay accordingly, and give them good schedules with great benefits because these employees on the front line deserve more than what is currently offered..at least at this Rhinelander location.

Walked into the store to hear "it's gonna be a while" from the worker sitting with one customer. When I asked if it would likely be more than a half hour, I was told probably. Nothing else, no greeting, no offering. Don't even bother going in, go through the real AT&T online or over the phone that actually care about customer service.

Received exceptional service today. Although he was the only employee in the store, Ben was able to quickly help us, as well as several other customers. Very happy overall with today's visit!

My dad and I stopped into the store the other day as we had some questions regarding his bill and to transfer his service to my account. Athenna was the only one working when we stopped in and even though she was helping someone she made sure to greet us and other customers who came in after us. When she was done with her current customer and was ready for us, she called us over and the first thing she did was apologize for the wait and you could tell she was genuine. Even though she had other customers waiting, she took her time and reviewed my dad's account and answered all of his questions regarding his bill. She then did what she had to do to transfer his service to my account and she made sure that everything was done correctly in the computer and made sure that my dad's phone still worked.Athenna was very professional, courteous, and compassionate (I was adding my dad to my account due to my mother's recent passing). She took her time with us (never made us feel rushed even though there were other customers waiting) and made sure all of our questions/concerns were attended to. Athenna went above and beyond!! She is simply amazing and I truly wish there were more people like her in customer service roles.
