“Had to get car towed, was afraid to drive there was a terrible noise when starting. Turns out I'm an idiot and the whole underside of the car was frozen. I'm 45 min away, without a way to get the automobile and got a call from Josh and kindly they dropped off the car as a courtesy. I wouldn't of had a car for several days until my folks who are in their 70's came from Illinois and would've had to drive in icy conditions to drop me off. “Went in today and had great service at a reasonable price. The gentleman who took my information was polite and explained how to check my oil life and filter on the dash of my car. There's a "bucket" that says gratuities accepted. He seemed surprised when I said keep the change. Kudos for helping me understand the information on my dash.
