Service personnel are helpful and some seem to not do so well as they seem to lack a level of knowledge. Prices have been better than some of the other shops. Parts haven't failed.

Great place to shop. Managers are always helpful and insightful. 5 star service all around. Randi is very knowledgeable and on point with her recommendations for our car. Defiantly would recommend over any other car part stores in the area :)

Have been using this store for years every employee that I have asked for help has done everything they could, and some have even gone above and beyond to help. They are always polite even when they’re extremely busy.

I purchased rotors and pads and the pads were the wrong ones, I love 35 miles away and Mark made it right by picking up and bringing me the correct pads. Thank you Mark

Every time I go into the auto zone in Rhinelander. I'm always approached by staff there that help me find what I'm looking for...very helpful and friendly staff that go above and beyond to help out there customers.....I highly recommend going here if u want fast and friendly service....

The SM Paige has just made my wife feel so small she had to come to my work and vent. With what my wife had to say I just couldn’t believe it. I’ve always worked with Amanda and had nothing but great service. I hope this is a one off or O’Reillys might be seeing me more.

Had my wife pick up brake pads for my truck. After giving all the information she needed they gave her the wrong ones. 2 hr round trip back for them to give her the same ones after I told them I need ones that go on slider pins. Never dealt with a place with no knowledge of parts

Excellent experience! Amanda was amazing. I had a sort of complex order/request with multiple questions and payments and Amanda answered all my questions and told me the policies to ensure the right item was ordered and payment was able to be split.

Stopped here because the truck started acting up 8 hours from home. The folks at the counter were very nice and helpful and went above and beyond to help us fix the problem and get us back on the move. Definitely the best service I've ever had at a parts store.

Wonderful service! 730 pm on a Sunday and Paige pleasantly replaced by burned out light bulb. This was awesome because I need to drive in the dark in the middle of the night . She was professional and pleasant. I needed her help!! She did not disappoint!

We are always asked right away if we need help finding anything (and we always do!). We needed covers for our SUV and van and they had them when we couldn’t find them elsewhere. Super friendly. Always a pleasure to go in.
