In response to Tina Koenig’s review citing a problem with mice, she was a tenant for several years with NO complaints of mice and a history of chronic late payments. We declined to renew her lease.

There are alot of mice. Mice and alot of droppings I had a mattress stored in there and the mice chewed some holes in it. I put mice poison in unit it didn't help.
