“We both had an amazing experience with Ray. We originally had a car reserved through Avis (which is directly next to enterprise inside the airport) who denied us service because I use a debit card, instead of a credit card. Luckily, our Knight in Shining Armor Ray was there. In a fraction of the time it took us to get finished with Avis, Ray had made multiple phonecalls to ensure that we were able to find transportation, and not be stranded at the hustling bustling airport located in Rhinelander. After he found us a vehicle at another branch, Ray personally DROVE us to said branch to pick it up. Not only did he go above and beyond with the customer service, he made us feel like we were his friends. After Ray dropped us off, we quickly hopped into a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk (Which I prefer over the Kia Sorrento we were initially offered by Avis) and took off. Thanks Ray, for making our tru go smoothly, and for treating us so well.”

“I’ve just recently moved up here and had to have some car work done so I rented a car and ended up having to extend it every single day for a week until they got my vehicle fixed. I think I was kind of a pain, but Enterprise never made me feel that way. They were so lovely. They were so nice and even found me a better deal after I reached the week and gave me a better discount. Super people really would rent here again and the car was nice very very clean.”
