“Rhinelander is really pretty far north in Wisconsin, while the location is pretty remote, the availability of rental cars is certainly appreciated! The airport in general tries very hard to make up for its lack of size, and this extends to the rental car desks.”

“The counter team working today was accomodating, warm and professional! We had reserved a vehicle at Milwaukee Airport and the only vehicle left on the lot was an EV, NOT our choice. Since we had no options, we drove it to northern Wisconsin for the week, finding it horrifically expensive to recharge as we quickly ran down the battery due to mostly highway miles driven. Most importantly, very few chargers were available in the Northwoods to recharge the Kia EV. I spoke with Bree on the phone, describing our dilemma and ask if we could trade this vehicle in for a gas powered vehicle. She checked her inventory, called us back and had a clean SUV readied in less than an hour. Both her and her co-worker were warm and gracious when we picked up the SUV and left the EV in the return lot. Kuddos for amazing customer service!”
