Horrible customer service. Do not buy a phone here. Sat in the store for ages ignored. Then they were of no help when somebody finally did speak to us. When I tried calling the store 10 minutes later with more questions they didn’t even answer and there were three customer service agents there. I will never step foot in this store again. Don’t waste your time you’ll never get anywhere.

I lossed my phone on the 8th of September a week after just getting it. The store employees are trying to help with getting it back. The insurance company that they have is Bright Star and they are not helpful at all. Snippy and very go round and around. Went in three times to the store trying to fix this problem.

This Google phone I bought yesterday isn't working out... Service is horible. Didn't think a different phone would change how bad my service is if it's same carrier but it has. Controls are not very accessible. Im not able to get into my Facebook account. I've never had issues like this with any other phone. I needed to drive 5 hour round trip to get a new phone on top of the pretty penny I spent yesterday. Something needs to be done here I am very close to calling it quits with cellcom all together. If someone doesn't go out of their way like I've had to do to fix this I will be gone very soon.

My wife called to have her battery replaced josh from Rhinelander Cellcom told her why replace when you can a new phone for a penny she asked what’s the catch he said there is no catch or further obligations!!! Josh then called me the account holder I once again asked is there any further obligation he said no!! So my wife picked up her new phone signed contract and come to find out it came with a 30 month contract we contacted Cellcom of Rhinelander and listen to josh lie though his teeth about what he had said over the phone and in person!! I asked them to pull phone records to see who had lied of course they couldn’t do that!! Total fraudulent miss representation! Could not be any more disappointed in this service the Rhinelander Cellcom store!
