Sometimes you get someone who knows what they are doing, sometimes you don't. All depends....this in response to the owners surprised response to my 3/5...this is what I've experienced and from reading other ppls reviews, seems like they've encountered similar experiences. If you want a better review, why not provide consistent, great customer service, with knowledgeable, well-trained, professional and polite reps? Your actual service is great, but the Rhinelander office, as I said is hit n miss. I've actually had the manager come into that office r and yell at me before...so I'm not overly impressed...

I don't have a phone with them but after the way the lady named Joe treated my mother in law I wouldn't ever recommend this place. Then when I called and asked for her supervisor's name. She threatened to call the cops on me. DONT EVER GET A PHONE HERE!!!

AWFUL customer service. My grandmother has had nothing but problems with her phone. She goes in for help often. The last time she went, she faced something no person should face. The guy greeted her with "oh you're always here". once she told him the issues he goes "well idk what to tell you" and then he had her phone and he was being such a as* to her, she said forget it and asked for her phone back. he REFUSED to give her, her phone and literally played 'tug-o-war' with her phone with her. WHAT AN AWFUL PERSON. not only to treat any person like that, but also an elderly person. She only goes in when all 3 grandkids cant even figure out whats going on. I dont know the mans name, but she said hes the only guy shes seen there and has dark hair. she said the women that work there are fantastic tho. BUT after this, my grandmother will not continue with cricket. we are switching her to verizon.

If you get the right person it goes smoothly. I get it everyone is short staffed... Service is good in the spring,fall and winter. Summer tourist season every service provider has a tough time keeping up. We need more towers in the Northwoods.

Just left the Cricket store in Rhinelander WI & have to say the customer service agent there is one of the worst that I've ever interacted with. I first watched him talk down, belittling an elderly gentleman over a billing issue. He did finally help him but not before putting him in his place. I had a similar interaction with him when asking about a mobile hotspot. Lots of jobs out there. He should do Cricket a favor & go somewhere else. Gave 1 star but should be 0

Awful experience today. Guy working was arrogant and rude to me and someone that called in while I was there. I decided to leave. I called my husband. He indicated that he worked with the same guy a couple of weeks ago. Very disappointing! Considering taking our business elsewhere.

Brock from Rhineland cricket has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. He’s sarcastic when you want to ask questions about a phone. He pushes you into trying to buy things you don’t want nor need. He thinks he is the best of the best so, he thinks that entitles him to be an asshat. When customers come in he immediately sends them to the other worker. When he is on his break (sitting in the store) people will ask him a question and he says “I have 5 minutes left. Find someone else. I’m sitting with another worker in the store trying to purchase and update a phone. She nicely asked me to move to the other computer as there is a customer coming inside. I said of course no problem. He strictly tells me to go sit at the table and just wait. I asked “are you asking me to go sit at that table sir?” He said “yes when we have customers” I firmly tell him “I AM A CUSTOMER!” After have been sitting there for over 4 hours just to simply buy a phone. I truly feel bad for the people who have to deal with him at work and buying a phone.. HORRIBLE!!!

Will never go here again, and will tell anyone I know to avoid this place at all costs!!! The lady named Erika was rude to not only me but the older gentleman that was ahead of me. She is nothing like the reviews I had read prior to visits there to switch my service! How can any place employ someone like her is completely beyond me! I’m taking me service to Verizon!!

Very smart people that work there that know what they're doing very on the ball catches things that ain't quite right and fixes them doesn't charges you what she has to for what you buy you get what you pay for thank you
