Excellent ?. Ray Sloan, and his staff do an tremendous job with my rental turn-ins (National & Enterprise) at both locations. At the Airport and on River St. Ray is quick to possess the vehicle, finding items I have left and returning them to me. He calls and checks that everything went well. His service and attention to detail is superb.

I know they're busy but and i would wait on hold. But I'm hung up on after holding for 2 minutes. Tried several times. Poor phone system management.

Our vehicle was hit by a deer and while we were waiting for the autobody shop to tell us if the vehicle could be driven I decided to check around for rental cars as a back up solution. Ashley at Enterprise was so incredibly helpful. She understood our situation and did everything she could to secure a vehicle for us with extremely low inventory. We ultimately did not need the rental but I wanted to acknowledge Ashely's helpfulness, kindness, and positive attitude. Thank you!

Had a rental through insurance due to my vehicle being hit. Enterprise was easy enough to work with and very accommodating. The Rhinelander office personnel were very friendly and professional. The gentleman at the office was pleasant. Most of my dealing/interaction was with Ashley. The vehicle was upgraded due to availability. Picked up the vehicle... 2021 Equinox. The vehicle handled well and was easy enough to manage... the push button start was a bit to get used to lol! Ashley called and verified the vehicle was working for my needs. I am pleased with my experience and recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle! Thank you all so much!

I reserved a vehicle for 1 pm. I got there and they told me I could not get one until 4:30. In the mean time a vehicle became available and the person offered me that. He would not except my debit card that I have used there several times. Along with all this, he called and left messages for me on someone else’s number. I left very upset. To add to this, while I was waiting in line, I overheard the person in front of me tell them that the vehicle he was given had expired license plates. All the workers cared about is if the driver got pulled over. I will never go back.

Nicholas VanFin is a saint! This man is above and beyond professional. The man deserves a raise. He went above and Beyond to help my family of 5 out when we were in a tight spot. He worked with our insurance and made our rental a comfortable experience. I cannot thank him enough! Shout out to Mike for picking my whole family up when we were stranded in the middle of a really snowy day! If your going to rent from an enterprise this is the one! Ask for Nicholas!

What an unhelpful location! A week ago my mom used a debit card to pay for her rental (the same exact card I was about to use) at a different location with no issues and has been able to do it once again today, this location absolutely refused even after I drove 1hr 45mins to get there. They didn’t do the call the day before you get there either and then I wouldn’t have wasted my time driving all the way there, I set this up days in advance so they had time to do their verification. I just moved not that long ago so don’t have a bank account set up where I’m living so my debit card with plenty of funds was all I had. If they had done their verification it could’ve said me my time and money. I’m 8 1/2months pregnant and dealing with this was the last thing I needed today. Super unhelpful, just kept saying sorry and telling me the other location shouldn’t have allowed that even tho it’s been allowed again! Will drive to any other location but this one if ever needing a rental again. Would not recommend this location! Avoid at all costs unless you feel like jumping through hoops to rent a vehicle.

Im really bad with names, but both guys that handled out rental car were amazing! Super helpful and kind. We rented a 2021 Chevy Traverse it was a nice ride until we got our vehicle replacement. I appreciate the laid back but professional atmosphere.
