Quick, fair, and affordable.. if you wanna go through the hassle of getting an appointment somewhere else vs showing up and waiting a few minutes by all means roll those dice.

They broke off my oil cap and then charged me an extra $80 for it, blaming the dealership for putting it on too tight.

A while back, I went to Lube Works Pit Stop for an oil change. When it was done, the man said I would need a new oil draining pan. The next time I went to my regular place for oil changes, I told them what the man said. They told me that Lube Works cross threaded the plug. The man at Lube Works never told me that. My regular place found a temporary substitute. 6 months later, today, I went to my regular place again. ThiIf the heli coil doesn't work, the pan will have to be replaced. Cost $700.

I had to change my own oil out of town and 3 grown men could not turn my oil filter as if it were hand tight like it’s supposed to be! It took a ton of different tools and time just to get this filter off! This is ridiculous! Not how it should be!Service: Oil change
