Great place for Dubai roaches and other essentials for fish, cats, dogs, and many more!! Great deals too!The employees are super helpful with tips for beginners on just about anything to do with animals. All in all I'm probably going to buy from here more often than any other place!!

My son purchased his first gecko there. The employees were very helpful and informative. That was 4 years ago. Since then we've visited multiple times when we visit family near by. They are always very friendly and it's evident they take excellent care of all creatures they sell.

Absolutely amazing place and people! We got two guinea pigs there last week. Ginny was a surrender, and Tigger the little boy. Everybody was so nice and helpful. It’s obvious they care about the animals in there. They both are doing very well, playing with their guinea siblings we brought them home to ?

What a gem!! We love Northwoods Pets so much, and have always been able to find everything we've needed for our dog and two cats. While we don't live in the area, we visit our family and friends in Rhinelander regularly (always with the dog in tow) and appreciate the fantastic selection and service we receive at NW Pets. They also have products for reptiles, birds, small mammals (gerbils, hamsters, etc.), and much more. The staff is knowledgable and helpful -- I trust their recommendations. Can't recommend this place enough.

Awesome selection of all types of healthy and well cared for animals. Very knowledgeable and kind staff.Customer service was unlike any other! I Was always being offered help and they were generous enough to take out some of the reptiles and tell us all about them to ensure we picked the right type for us! A very large and unique selection of accessories and decor for all of your small pet needs. Came home with 3 new additions to the family and will be returning!

Bought a parakeet named pickles she doing well and so is training. They have reasonable prices and a good selection for most common needs.
