“I was there today to use the dog washing station. The gentleman at the register was very helpful and very nice. The dog washing station is fantastic! And extremely nice! And of course my dog had an accident in the store. The staff was not mad or upset. I cleaned it up and on our way we went. Thank you! I'm sure we'll be back to use the dog washing station”

“UPDATE 2: Well, Live Aquaria just emailed and said they put through a full refund! Thus I am changing my review from a one-star to a four-star. Please Live Aquaria, upgrade your packaging! Hate to see you guys lose money with shrimp dying unnecessarily.UPDATE: See LiveAquaria's response below. I did put my order number with my review. This is their standard response.. Hopefully they actually will help.Original review:70% of the shrimp arrived dead. One day later almost all of the rest of them are now dead in my tank. The water in the bags was freezing when the shrimp arrived. Thin cardboard box with a bit of newspaper and two small and useless heat packs. Why do you ship shrimp in the winter in this bad packaging?? Order number A4190423The water in my tank is perfect - I have had shrimp for years - and I followed best practices unloading the few shrimp that temporarily survived the shipping.”
