The Quality Inn Rhinelander is a large, older hotel that provides a clean, affordable, and comfortable stay with good value. Guests consistently praise the friendly, helpful, and exceptional customer service from the staff, who are informative and work hard to provide a good experience. The rooms are described as clean, quiet, comfortable, and renovated, with big beds and TVs, and are good for getting work done. The free hot breakfast is a highlight, noted as a real treat, well-stocked, and featuring items like homemade potatoes, eggs, sausage, and dairy. Amenities include a pool, workout room with a treadmill, sauna, and meeting rooms. The hotel is in a good location with ample parking and is close to the airport. However, the building is showing its age and feels outdated, with hallways and staircases that appear worn, dim lighting, and a 1990s ambiance. Some facilities, like the hot tub, were broken during visits, and the pool was noted as very cold. There were also minor issues with door locks. While the hotel offers solid basics and fully meets expectations for the price, some guests felt the owners could invest more in upgrades. Despite its older condition, many visitors would stay again, citing the excellent service, cleanliness, and overall good deal.
I got a newly updated room. It had hands down the most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel.

Rooms and lobby were updated but the hallways and stairwells were not.

State here for a wedding. Hallways are dark and dungy. Rooms have cheap flooring and no carpet . Bed was comfortable. Hot tub did not work. Bathroom sink drain was broken . Room was over $200 I would not stay there again even if priced at $100
