The gentleman at the counter was very helpful, and walking out to the parking lot to validate which bulb was out. He then went back in, did the computer lookup, and went to the shelf and picked out the correct one. In and out in a few minutes, with customer service you rarely or never get at a big-box store. “Generally I have good things to say about Blaines however... the last 3 times I have purchased or attempted to purchase tires from them have been a disaster. This last time an hour before my appointment they called and said they didn't have the tires and nobody had ordered them, I had set the appointment almost a week earlier... I then checked with a local shop and found that they could get the same tires for $200 less installed for a set of 4 despite the buy 3 get 1 free with a $80 rebate and a $50 loyalty discount from Blaines. If you do decide to buy tires there make sure they have them in stock and price check with your local shop first. Sorry FF you messed up bad this time.”

“Auto Value is without a doubt the BEST auto parts store in the area. The other day the breaks on my car suddenly went out and I had turned into their parking lot as I had no idea what was wrong. The man at the counter immediately came outside to look at my car (without me asking), looked under my car and under my hood, provided me with a solution for the problem, advised me on a route to take through town with minimal traffic and when I went inside to purchase more break fluid, he had already pulled the correct fluid off the shelf and had it waiting for me at the counter. I was blown away by their FANTASTIC customer service and I recommend Auto Value and their employees to anyone and everyone I can; if I could give them 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend!!!”

“I came to Larsons after receiving an insane quote from a different auto body shop. He took the time to disect my vehicle and get down to the brass tax of what was necessity. He took the time to competitively compare prices on every item he searched up for the ultimate lowest bid. Mostly he took the time to talk to me and understand me. I think we hashed out a deal. As of right now I give 5 stars for the way they handled my situation and took such time and patience in handling it when other shops did not. Will update if anything crazy happens ? Thanks Larsons”

“Don Johnson’s staff is great! I bought a truck though Daren , he was awesome at what he does he did a great job and keeping my family and I entertained while we wait. After a few days after I bought the truck I had a check engine come on. Keep in mind I’m 2 hrs away from Don Johnson’s. I told them what’s going on they said take it you to your Chevy shop. So I did, came back for a issue for 2 sensor. One that was just changed, but when it got changed a mechanic forgot to clear the code. The other one was for that air box that Wasn’t properly installed by the previous owner. They fixed the issue and Don Johnson’s took care of the bill. They handled the situation very well. Now haven’t had an issue and the truck runs great! Highly recommend Don Johnson motors. They take care of you like your family! And definitely recommend Daren! Thanks ! Loves the new truck!”
