“I had fantastic customer service at the Rice Lake AutoZone last weekend! I needed a new battery because my dad‘s truck wouldn’t start without a jump. After I pulled in and parked, the truck was completely dead. Ken stayed late from his shift to help me out in the cold rain. He installed the new battery within about 10 minutes. Thank you, Ken!”

“I came to Larsons after receiving an insane quote from a different auto body shop. He took the time to disect my vehicle and get down to the brass tax of what was necessity. He took the time to competitively compare prices on every item he searched up for the ultimate lowest bid. Mostly he took the time to talk to me and understand me. I think we hashed out a deal. As of right now I give 5 stars for the way they handled my situation and took such time and patience in handling it when other shops did not. Will update if anything crazy happens ? Thanks Larsons”

“Had tire repair that was not done correctly at another shop. They did a great job working me in while I shopped groceries. There was no charge on the repair as it was not done correctly at another Walmart auto care center. This store in Rice Lake does a great job and their employees are honest when in the auto service department. I will be back with my auto needs, check them out!”
