They have different hours in fall and don’t keep time updated on line or on voice message. I went to pick up an order and they were already closed. Then I called and was told I could pick up at a later date but then found out I actually couldn’t. Wasn’t impressed.

Wrost customer service, better to shop online! I love Bath and Body Works but this was unacceptable. The soaps are on sale online but not at this store and they do not honor the price.

Love this store in general! Brianna is one of the nicest customer service rep at the Rice Lake store! Very friendly, always smiling and has knowledge of the products! She's one of your stars! Give her a raise and a bonus!

Selection is very limited. Never have what I want. If you order online, shipping is too much. Should offer free shipping on orders over $35. Not able to order online and pick up in store like website states..
