“I was originally going to take my vehicle to a physical location for a windshield chip to get repaired because it was only a chip. Started the process with another vendor, not so safe, but I saw the lite, where all you can do is schedule an appointment online. When I got to the end of the process, they wanted to charge me $170. I was paying out of pocket and did an online chat, because no local number to call, to verify the charges. Anyhow, that was a hard pass. Called Packerland and could not be more satisfied with the service. This was a small job, but Lance stopped at my house in Turtle Lake to fix the chip. Lance is a great guy and firmly believes in doing the job right and warrantying his work. Only cost me $80, which I thought was a great value compared to the other guys, but I am sure that if anything goes wrong with the repair, Lance will take care of it. Lance is also former USMC so great to support those veteran owned businesses.”
