Casey Watters appears to be willing to sell homes in any condition. As such, it is crucial for prospective buyers to conduct a home inspection prior to making a purchase. Unfortunately, I incurred a $700 expense for an inspection on a property she was selling, which was purportedly a sound investment (“hidden gem” as she claimed). However, this claim proved to be inaccurate. Furthermore, she is now utilizing my inspection report to adjust the property's price, effectively benefiting from my expenditure. It is essential for potential buyers to exercise caution when dealing with her. She seems to be willing to sell properties without thorough knowledge of their condition.
