We've had many issues. Deliveries that we did not order, late deliveries, and increased charges. Customer service hasn't been willing to help. If we didn't already have the tank here when we moved in I would have tried to get a different company.

I order propane the week before Christmas and was told it would arrive within the following week. I waited until January 6th because of the storms and called to check. I was then informed that 11 days earlier there was an attempt to back up the driveway, on the 26th. I was told the driver said the driveway was too soft. We never seen any tracks of an attempt to come up the driveway. She then told us they would squeeze us in the following Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday night,January 10, came and I received an automated call saying the truck was still unable to come up the driveway. We plow our driveway with a side by side and we're very meticulous. We also have a round about. We've been here for 13 years and have never had any problems. We have been out of gas for almost 2 weeks now. This is very unacceptable.

My tank rental fee went from $41.15 in previous years to $158.25 in 2022. That is nearly a quadruple price increase. When I contacted Ferrellgas about this they stated the increase was due to me being a "low use" user. What?!?!

I will never order fuel from ferral gas again and when my tank is empty, I will be having your company pick it up. Worst costumer service I've ever had in my life and rudest manager I've ever come across. He arrogantly asked me if I was "even educated enough" to check my tank along with other things and refused to refund my emergency same day service fee even though it took them 3 days to fill my tank and my pipes froze. I will never recommend this company.

Ferrell gas is right on top of keeping me supplied and it isn't easy with all this snow to wade through.
