I went in on a Thursday to schedule an appointment to get my taxes done. The service was really good, the receptionist was able to scan my W2’s and get them sent to my consultant. When I returned two days later for my appointment, they were unable to retrieve the scanned documents. From then on, the service was unbelievably poor. After 2 AGONIZING hours of waiting, and the extremely poor knowledge the consultant portrayed, I was sent home. The consultant had used the wrong program years when submitting my taxes!!! She then had to redo them which took another hour. I received a call saying I was able to come back and sign, (all I had yet to do) and when I did, the service got EVEN WORSE. Paige sent the wrong information to the front desk, I was charged the wrong amount on my card, and of the THREE people trying to assist me, no one had any idea how to refund the incorrect amount back to my card. After another half hour of waiting, I was finally done. $300 and 4 hours of my day. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Only go here if you have extreme patience and have your full day free. Took hours to finally get information into the computer, and nobody seems to actually know how to do their job.

Shari is quick and helpful. I once got a letter in the mail from the IRS and she stayed well after closing time while we were on hold on a call figuring it out. I've filed my taxes with her ever since.

Sara Olsen- is completely disrespect and started raising her voice very loud. she then told me she had a problems at home and I believe bringing them to work is very unprofessional. She also started putting false information in when doing my taxes. Will never be going back.
