We needed a part for a 50 year old bathroom faucet, checked with a local plumbing store, another hardware store and a big box store and was started to lose hope, but went in and was able to find it here saving us the hassle and cost of replacing the whole thing! THANK YOU!

I bought a scraper snow shovel from Jacobson’s and it was warped and wouldn’t scrape my driveway. I called the store 15 minutes after I bought it and wanted to exchange it for another one. The manager told me he would do that because I had tried it. It is a faulty product they wouldn’t make good. They lost a loyal customer today.

Nice hardware store. I've been missing one since Rainbow left because that one pr!ck in the archery department kept ripping them off... Should be beaten with a square-nosed shovel until retarded. (Isle 4. Right side)
