Zero stars for customer service at front desk by “Sara” or “Sarah.” Couldn’t catch spelling of her name. Very rude, terrible degrading tone and simply unprofessional. Only complaint I’ve had on someone at this store, but she definitely made it worthy of a complaint.

Alex in landscaping was awesome, saw me carrying concrete bags and jumped over and brought the entire pallet out for me, in the past most employees would just watch a guy work rather than help. I hope they find more guys like Alex

I always appreciate seeing actual LOW prices on items I need. The 11% rebate is an added bonus. My poor little trailer was stressed with pavers and decking material. 3000# or maybe more. If I had unlimited funds and 5-6 young guys to help load.... It would definitely be a 5 star visit.

A little bit a knowledge goes a long ways for saving money buying from here instead. Always on point with tasking and helping offering a pleasant shopping experience. Example: why buy a mechanical bolt from a shop for 3x the price when you could get here if you know what to look for?...
