“I am questioning what rating to give as I had 2 very different associates who worked with me. My husband and I went in to ATT Rice Lake to get a trade in for our phones. Since they did not have the product we wanted in stock, the girl who waited on us sent them 2 day delivery to our home. 4 days later, the phones came in a very destroyed box. Phones were ok so we took them in and the same person was there to help finish up the set up. My husband’s old phone was accepted for the trade in, but mine needed to be mailed in. No clue why. I had tossed the box and ads that came with the phones as the young lady told me the day before that I wouldn’t need them. Needless to say, I had to dig through the garbage so I could fix and use the box and mailing label. Since we wanted the same package we had for our old phones, I guess it was my mistake to not have asked if the insurance was still placed on the phones. The next day, I had to travel about an hour. By the time I got back to Rice Lake, I decided that I should stop by ATT as my phone felt hot and had no battery left even though I had it on the car charger the entire time ! This time I had a young man, Michael who took his time, answered my questions, and was in disbelief that Insurance was not mentioned and unusual cords were included with our phones. He called the boss to see what they could do for us. Michael advised not to use the cord as it could ruin the battery. He apparently had another customer come in with the same issue with the cord. He completely checked the phone out. Had me try things and showed me the correct cords. He was very kind and patient with me. He checked for insurance and gave me information so I could call ATT to get things settled. He made sure I had insurance on both our new phones. All in all, I say Michael definitely deserves Cudos and a high 5 (or as my grandkids would say 6/7). I will be a little more careful next time I need to go into ATT. Some of their associates definitely care about customer satisfaction!!!! Thank you, Michael! I no longer hate my phone.”

“My phone stopped working and I needed a replacement asap as I was flying back home. They didn't have the phone in wanted in stock, so Daryl left the store and drove to another store in a different city to pick kne up. I returned the next day to purchase the phone. That was amazing service and I really appreciated it. Great guy!”

“I had switched back to Verizon last month dye to the reception for Tmobile wasn’t the best yet it my home range. Long story short I just had Tmobile take money out for Junes bill and i had left then.
I saw Claire at Tmobile in Rice Lake she listened and then found an issue that would have kept billing and charging me for. She was so patient and calm and she genuinely cared. In the end I was taken care of even though I wasn’t with Tmobile anymore. That being said I will strongly recommend Tmobile to anyone who asks my opinion and aa soon as the reception for Tmobile is improved in my home area I will definitely come in see Claire and join Tmobile.
