I recently had the Ultimate Spa package. Tammy and her team were wonderful at explaining everything we were about to do. The hydrating facial was my absolute favorite part. The wellness cocoonn and 4D massage chair are things I didn't realize I was missing in my life. Excellent service and experience. I'll be back for sure.

The team at Enliven Med Spa are incredible! They are kind and professional and very accommodating!The owner, Tammy is so passionate about helping people and giving back! Amazing wellness center and staff in Rice Lake, WI! I've done multiple modalities at Enliven and the staff always takes top notch care of me. I've done personal sessions with both Sarah and Tamara and HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with either or both, if you have the chance. As someone who has been to numerous wellness centers around the world, I can say with confidence that both Sarah and Tamara are high caliber practitioners in their field. The atmosphere at Enliven is very intentional and is extremely relaxing and healthy. Highly recommend!! Matt

Recently enjoyed my first healing with Tammy & I can’t put into words how deeply this resonated within my soul. Thank you for gifting so many of us with this opportunity!! Today, I decided to try the SaltFacial and ladies (and gents) if you haven’t had one, don’t wait any longer!! I followed with a Foot Detox and some magical time in the Cocoon Wellness Pod and Sauna. This place is wonderful. She is so nice. My first time getting a Brazilian. I was so nervous I thought I was going to crawl out of my skin. She calmed and reassured me. I ended up having a great experience. She told me that the second time would be easier and it was. She is so friendly, knowledgeable and calm. It really makes a difference. I 100% recommended her to anyone.

Went to see Shannon for lower back pain. I was having a hard time walking or sitting. She has healing hands. She is also very uninformative on what and why she was doing what she was doing. I also told her I have TMI. She even did my jaw. It felt like 50,000 pounds was lifted off my face and head.
