“A++++ I stopped on my way thru rice lake late on a Friday to see if they could copy off my mom’s old family tree which was not a small order. I met with Brandon who looked it over and said they could but none of their print techs were in and should be able to have done by Monday. Totally acceptable! To my amaze Brandon text me 20min later with a proof! He took the time while working the counter to figure out a layout and print off 150 copies how I needed them and save me an hour drive the next week to pick them up! Give that guy a raise!
