Whoever is incharge of hiring and training needs to be fired. Delivery personel are rude and lazy.

Recently I had to go to the post office to pick up 4 different packages that could not fit in my parcel locker at my residence. They had been there for a while so I was expecting to get yelled at. But they were so sweet & extremely helpful. They even brought them out to the car for me. I was extremely impressed!

The middle aged man who was working was very incredibly rude. It was uncalled for. I was not starting any problems. I just simply asked about a package that said it was delivered but it never was.

They don't have a phone number to call and ask simple questions no I have to deal with an automated service that doesn't work properly when I'm just trying to get a form to change my address and every other time I've gone there they haven't had them because they can't even do something simple correctly

Worst postal service ever! Many broken items. Have complained over and over and the rude gentleman still works the window. I have seen him literally throw packages like basketballs. Makes rude comments as well. Nothing has changed since numerous attempts.

Just delivered a package and since some of the only human interaction I can have lately is when I’m doing my errands, I was very disappointed to be completely ignored when I walked up to the counter. Yes she knew I was there and came to do her job, I guess, but not a hello or a smile. I felt like a bother that walked in that they were trying to just do the absolute minimum for so I would leave and they could go back to whatever they were doing or saying before I got there. My husband told me that it’s never a pleasant experience when he goes to the Rice Lake post office either. It’s easy to change that though, smile, say hello and just be nice!Update: I was contacted, in response to a message I sent, by a very nice women that I assume oversees the Rice Lake post office and she was incredibly nice and apologized for the young women, saying she will talk with them about how to better their work ethic. I’m very pleased with how my concerns were met. Thank you! This deserves a better review in my book.
