My phone stopped working and I needed a replacement asap as I was flying back home. They didn't have the phone in wanted in stock, so Daryl left the store and drove to another store in a different city to pick kne up. I returned the next day to purchase the phone. That was amazing service and I really appreciated it. Great guy!

The reason I've advised I won't be back is because I'm here on vacation I'm from Missouri. I've had good experience with Verizon but this representative was Great. Your customer service over the phone is HORRIBLE. When your phone is not working & you cannot get online it is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING that you are FORCED to chat only vs reach a representative. Your prices should result better customer service over the phone! After all you are in the phone business. Had I been alone without others with service it could have been tragic. It's detrimental to your business to keep the customer relying on our phones which I do but Verizon needs to adequately respond in more areas. If you could chat you would. Customers don't want to hold for long periods of time they too would rather chat & to someone knowledgeable that they can understand. ALL customer service with ALL industries lack the service we deserve for the charge but cell phones should lead the pack in maintaining customer service & most including Verizon continue to frustrate their customers. Lastly quit asking us to complete surveys if you are NOT going to consider the response & improve. Customers are NOT interested in wasting our time anymore than the companies are willing to go back to running their business for customer satisfaction vs JUST the bottom line. Smart companies CAN reach quality customer service while keeping a profitable bottom line. You must need more people like Shanna in the offices vs at the front line. That said we need more like her at the front line too. I've met only one other similar to her & about 20-30 not close & TERRIBLE.

Something very shady going on in this store. First of all readers, be aware that this is NOT a Verizon store. They are a victra dealer. They charge EXTRA FEES for commission hidden as activation fees separate from Verizon's own activation fees. That's just the tip of the iceberg for the bizarre things that happened during our experience. My first red flag was when I arrived at the store and couldn't find any employees. I had to go outside and circle around back to find them smoking weed behind the store. All told, WE HAD TO GO THROUGH ABOUT 7 HOURS OF HELL SPREAD ACROSS FIVE DIFFERENT RETURNS TO THE STORE JUST TO ACCOMPLISH WHAT A REAL VERIZON STORE COULD HAVE COMPLETED IN 30 MINUTES. Using personal cell phones to scan credit cards, different customer names on receipts, charging my Google pay without my permission, several hundred dollars in extra fees tacked on at the last moment, and overall the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I'm convinced they are nothing but scam artists in this place. Avoid at all costs.

This is the store everyone should go to! The staff was so helpful and understanding to all my needs! They helped me save money on my bill that other stores missed. Awesome people I will only be going here from now on!

This store is horrible! Do not buy a Hum from this store. First you have to order it. Then you wait. Then you have to activate it, which they don't do correctly so you spend 2-6 hours on the phone talking to numerous representatives from Verizon and Hum for a week. You then are told to go to a different store, who has five people (including a manager called in on their day off) to work on it for another couple hours to only be told that the original office in Rice Lake Cedar Mall activated it incorrectly so it is showing stolen. Take it back there. Reorder a new Hum. Never got a message that it arrived at their store so then go in to get it a week later. Supposedly activated again by Sena. Never happened. Have now spent since the middle of April talking with Verizon and Hum personnel. This new Hum has had two numbers attached to it and still not activated. Literally spent two hours sitting in a parking lot while waiting for my brother to get his CT scan done to have a nice Verizon rep (Remi) trying to help me and not understanding why this is happening. Couldn't find the problem for the error message. Call again when I get home. That rep tried to tell me that I had to wait until 5/26 when the new billing cycle from Verizon comes out to have it activated......I've already been through this since April 3, 2022..... Call Sena back from this store and she lied and said she has been trying to get ahold of me. No log on my phone or text messages. I hate being lied to! Admit you screwed up again!!! So I called her inept and she laughed! Does she not understand what that means? Does she not care? A month a half I have been going through this and I still have no working Hum. The store has now tried to call my phone once a day the last two days to try to make up for their not calling when Sena lied. Just got off the phone with Victra's home office and they tell me to call customer service again. Ridiculous! Attorneys gave me several numbers to call and report them. One is the CEO's number. I am waiting for a call back. Hopefully, he takes this more seriously than the rest of the company. Do not go to the Rice Lake Cedar Mall Verizon Victra store. Do not let Sena wait on you. At this point, don't even use Verizon! I need to now figure out the average wage for their workers since I have spent 2-6 hours a day of my time on this device for the last 1 1/2 months. They took the money for it and it hasn't worked yet! Heading to the Better Business Bureau site next.

Ben was great! Helped get the Samsung tablet with windows. I wasn't sure what I wanted but he understood, headed me in the right direction! So happy I went there!

Was very helpful and answered all questions we had. Even went out of his way to go to another store location to get us a second phone rather then ordering it and having to wait a couple days!
