“I needed to get a dress for a wedding, note buying clothes for me is my least favorite thing to do.
I walked into Maurices in Rice Lake, WI, the young ladies (Sammy and Klarissa) greeted me and offered to help me in a manner that made me feel like they truly wanted to help me. Wow, we're they helpful and so very nice! They set up a room for me to try some dresses on and put the items in that I thought would work. Not only were the clothes there I picked out but they had other options along with some jackets and sweaters that would work well with them.
Not only did I get the things I needed I was treated so well I actually enjoyed my shopping experience. Who knew! Well now I do and now I have a go to store. I noticed these young women treated everyone that came in like they mattered. Thank you Maurices for hiring so well and filling your store with so many beautiful options, it was a great experience.

“The store is brightly lit and beautifully clean. They do need benches or chairs around the store or riding carts for older or injured shoppers so they can shop longer. If you are lucky enough to get a checkout lady named Juanita you are very lucky. She is caring and efficient. Kohl's is fortune to have her as an employee.”
