I am glad that we only needed it for one appointment....a little too big for my taste, don't get me wrong.....it was awesome and great to drive but I am sure happy we could rent it.

Fabulous experience! My husband was recently do with ALS and we were pretty much stuck in the house. So we rented a Van to do the recent ALS walk in WI. When I got the Van home and my husband settled into the van, the joy in his face and attitude was so refreshing. The team at A&J was truly caring and friendly and will definitely be using their services again. We will also be looking into possibly purchasing a disability van from them in the near future. Thank you A&J for making our weekend special.

I was not going to leave this review but after finding damage to my freshly repainted bumper that is extremely fresh I was left without a choice.
I had dropped my vehicle off to A&J in early May with a automatic door not opening problem and had warned them that the issue is a difficult one as 2 other shops were not able to repair it, but they assured me they can fix anything. After two months of “working” on it they were not able to repair it. The communication was atrocious I did not receive one phone call every time I needed to call them and hope that the person who deals with service would be “available”. After they had told me they can not fix the problem they had the audacity to try to still charge me for 4 hours of labor at $169 per hour even though they couldn’t fix the issue trying to make there lack of expertise my issue and have me pay. The final straw for me was when I picked the vehicle up the front bumper has damage that can clearly be seen as fresh which had to happen in there possession because it’s been there 2.5 months and this bumper has brand new paint as it was resprayed just before drop off to them. In conclusion I would highly recommend being very cautious when dealing with this company.

Prices are ridiculously high. In my area of business, we have seen 3-7% increases. A&J increases have tripled in just a few years.

We purchased our recent wheelchair conversion van from A&J mobility. The experience throughout was very professional and pleasant. They gave us a great trade-in compared to other dealers we were working with. They provided transportation for us to and from their location to try out the vans. There was no pressure during the sales process. They were also excellent in providing the necessary documentation and resources for funding. After our purchase, we ended up with a leak in one of the tires. We had a long trip planned the next day. It was closing time for the shop but they still accommodated us and fixed the leak. Before we purchased the new van we had a need to fix our old one and that service was also excellent. Jim, the sales consultant, Travis, the service manager and Matt, the service technician are all great folks to work with. I recommend the A&J Mobility dealership for purchasing and servicing wheelchair conversion vans.

For at least a year and a half I have been trying to get the driver's side airbag light and my muffler fixed. I took it in over a year ago to Mobility Works and after 4 days they delivered it back to me but the light was still on and my muffler was the same. I took my van into A&J they fixed the light and ordered the muffler. The Light Came Back on so when they called and said they had the muffler I told them about that. It took 10 days from my first visit to getting a new muffler and the light fixed. They are further away but I will be making that drive from now on. Thank you guys so much.

In the beginning with dealing with this company it was ok. Soon as they found a van that was in our price range we bought it. We ask them what happens if our father passes away can they buy it back from us and they said yes of course. We paid $17,900 for this minivan, only 72,000 miles on it. my dad passed away four months after purchasing this van. Only put 2000 miles on this van! So they offered us $8,000-$9,000 on this van! What a joke!!!! Not only that they sold it to us with a engine light and said the gas cap issue is normal!!!! Wouldn’t pass emissions!!! Hummm. I wonder why….! Battery dead after a week. I understand it’s a cheaper mini van. It’s what we could afford but come on. I would suggest selling your vehicle on your own private seller rather than going back to these people they’re looking for making a dollar!
